Lee Min Ho

Lee Min Ho was lounging in a cozy spot by the bay window when he started to call Kim Go Eun.

He was currently in Jeju Island with some of his friends; he enjoyed his downtime after The King: Eternal Monarch ended. Frankly the drama had taken a toll on his mind and body, the grueling scenes and all too packed schedule for months on end made Min Ho exhausted. 

But those months had been precious to him, the drama had given him the chance to hone his craft, meet new people, spend time with his staff and of course it led him to a certain actress who made the sun shine brightly even on his hardest days.

"Call Connecting..." His phone screen went. He has been trying to contact Go Eun for the past hour but still no luck. Min Ho sighed and walked to the kitchen. His friends have retreated to their respective rooms after a day out in the ocean, so he had the rest of the house to himself. Its past midnight and it became their habit that they'd call each other before sleeping yet she wasn't answering.

He got one of his tonics, opened the cap and drank almost half of it. He was getting worried; not contacting him is definitely not her especially when they weren't together. She had a trip with her staff to thank them for their hard work and she texted earlier that they were on their way home to their rented place. Min Ho sighed and was about to go to the room he shared with Jung Il woo when he heard a knock on the door.

"Lee Min Ho-ssi? Oppa? Do hwanie? Is anyone home?" He heard the voice call out. It was a feminine voice, one he'll recognize anywhere. He ran to the door almost tripping with his house slippers on when he ran over the glossy flooring.

Kim Go Eun

She was getting cold; she was only wearing her knitted cream sweater over her jeans as she left her jacket in her car.

"I'm pretty sure this is the right place..." She muttered under her breath, she was about to knock again when the door forcefully swung open with an open mouthed Lee Min Ho in all his casual glory, he was holding an empty tonic bottle and his phone by his other hand, he was wearing a maroon hoodie and just his shorts. He was clearly panting by the rapid rise and fall of his chest.

"Oppa! I'm here to kidnap you!" she teased. She missed him terribly but she knows they needed alone time to recuperate. She had done the same by sleeping a lot after the drama ended and he spent it with his friends and his love for water sports.

She came barreling towards him and hugged him by wrapping her arms by his neck and lowering his body to her. His arms automatically wrapped around her waist and he pressed their bodies even more.

KGE: "I missed you! I wanted to surprise you. So surprise!" she smiled as she loosen her arms around him

LMH: "How are you here?! I was calling you for the past hour! I was so close to calling your manager!"

KGE: "Stop worrying, I was driving earlier. As for why I'm here, as I mentioned earlier I'm here to kidnap you! Do you want to go on an adventure with me Oppa?" she smiled and she knows her excitement was apparent in her face. Thankfully he starts to smile that turned to a giggle.
