You know (I don't care) - Original song

A quick authors note, for this song I was thinking of more of a upbeat feel to the song. I wanted lyrics that break social expectations of the female image and try to enourage people not to care what others think about their apperance. Self love is important and it is important to stand up for yourself. You are beautiful inside and out.

(Intro)

ATTENTION! ATTENTION!
The new era is here to stay
The dawn of a new age
breaking out of the cage

(Verse one)

Thin waist, big hips,
pretty face, thin lips,
Pale skin, big eyes,
small is your ideal size

(chorus)

I won’t prove who I am
I won’t change to fit your image
What you say doesn't matter
At the end of the day, I’m at the top
You know me, You know
I’m up here at the top
I don’t care what you think

(Verse two)

Quiet! You must be polite.
You know that’s not Midnight
I don’t care what you think
I’m a boss
Move aside, get out of sight
Midnight era here in the speed of light
I am who I am, I'll put up a fight

(Verse three)

You don't care about the truth so you make up lies
turn people against me so your views rise
but you don't realize that it's not stopping me
Legs, Hips, Lips, Eyes
An end to this fiasco and new era in the franchise

(Chorus)

I won’t prove who I am
I won’t change to fit your image
What you say doesn't matter
At the end of the day, I’m at the top
You know me, You know
I’m up here at the top
I don’t care what you think

(Bridge)

I sometimes wonder
how people see me
but then again I don't care
You know who I am, you know, you know

(Chorus)

What you say doesn't matter
At the end of the day, I’m at the top
You know me, You know
I’m up here at the top
I don’t care what you think

(Outro)

I won’t prove who I am (who I am)
I won’t change to fit your image
I don’t care what you think
