Storybrooke Docks...

Emma and Killian hold each other tight as they stand at the edge of the docks.

"Remember this?" He teases. Emma leans up and kisses him slowly, passionately. She feels the rush in her veins just like every time they share a kiss.

"Ahem," Elizabeth clears her throat loudly.

The couple spin around, faces blushing red. "Sorry," Killian explains, "Lots of memories made here." The two giggle.

Through the summer fog, the Jolly Roger is barely visible. "There she is," Elizabeth points to the ship. Killian squints his eyes, straining to see her.

"Here," Elizabeth says plainly. She waves her hand through the air. In a cloud of red smoke, the three appear suddenly on the deck of the Jolly Roger.

Emma and Killian jump back, stunned. "How did you do that!?" He yells.

"Oh, I didn't tell you?" The pirate laughs. "After you left, I, uh... learned a few things. It's certainly helped me along the way."

The husband and wife exchange a glance.

"Well, bloody hell." Elizabeth interrupts. "Get up here you filthy scallywags!" She screams.

Footsteps thunder up to the deck, and a group of drunken, stumbling men emerges. "Captain!" A few exclaim.

Elizabeth walks slowly to the group, almost radiating leadership. "Who would like to explain to me why you're below deck, drinking my rum, and directly disobeying your captain's order?" The crew is silent. "I expected my ship in top shape for my return, and this is what I get? I promised there would be hell to pay, men. And I never go back on a promise." The men shuffle nervously. "You leave me no choice," she flicks her wrist, and one of the men transforms into a small grey mouse. Elizabeth lets out a laugh. "I may return him to his human form. But if you make me unhappy, I'll be scraping him off the bottom of my boot." Some of them gasp in fear. "Now get to work!" The crew frantically returns to their posts, and work resumes.

The captain turns to her guests. "My apologies," She walks to them with arms outstretched. "Isn't she beautiful?"

Without a word, Killian lets go of Emma and walks to the edge. He runs his fingers down the smooth mahogany rail. Suddenly, he begins to jog towards the helm, boots thumping loudly on the deck. He places his hook around one of the handles on the wheel. Elizabeth grins widely at the sight of her captain, back where he belongs.

The Jolly Roger; A century ago...

Elizabeth turns over in the warm, soft sheets. Without opening her eyes, she begins tracing patterns on Hook's bare chest. He starts to stir, so she starts planting kisses on his chest. Slowly moving up to his neck. The captain, awake now, smiles with closed eyes. Elizabeth nibbles softly at his ear lobe, making him sigh. The sound simply encourages her as she moves her lips to his. Her movements are so artfully seductive, though not quite loving. She has been the first woman to take control of him in his domain.

As if on cue, there's a loud banging at the door. Smee. "Captain! Captain! Enemy ship off the port bow! Enemy ship!"

"Quit your yelling Smee! I'll be out in two shakes,"

He smiles at Elizabeth apologetically. "Sorry, love. Duty calls."

They quickly dress, both in black leather, and head up to the deck where Smee frantically paces. He hands the captain a small, long telescope.

"Who is it, sir?" Smee nervously asks.

Before the captain can answer, Elizabeth speaks up. "The Interceptor. Employed by the Evil Queen. And by the looks of it, she wants trouble."

"Can we outrun her?" Smee asks.

"No. She's too fast and too close. We'll have to fight."

"Very well," The captain says. "Prepare to fight lads!" He turns to Elizabeth. "Since you seem to know so much about The Interceptor, why don't you take charge on this one?"

Her mouth drops open. "What!? Me!? But I... I don't..."

"Don't you want to be a captain of your own vessel?"

"Well, yes. But I don't know what I'm doing!"

"Don't think," he taps her chest, right over her heart. "Feel it. It's in you. You just have to let it out."

Elizabeth takes a long deep breath. "Okay," she whispers. "Drop the sails!  Roll out the port cannons! Let's show 'em who they're dealing with!"

The captain gives her an approving nod as she assumes the position at the helm.

Mr. Smee turns to Hook. "Are you sure about this, sir? She's hardly been with us a year. How could she know what to do?"

"Do not question your captain's judgement, Mr. Smee." Hook growls.

"Aye, sir. My apologies, sir." Smee scurries away.

"Load the guns! Put a warning shot across their bow! The woman bellows. The men do as instructed. "Fire!" She screams.

The cannons boom, sending the cannonballs directly across the bow of the Interceptor. Both captain and apprentice grin.

"Load the chainshot! Finish this before it begins!" Elizabeth commands. The men follow. With one last boom, The Interceptor's mast comes tumbling down before she even fires a shot.

Elizabeth now looks to her captain. "Shall we board her?" She asks.

"That's entirely up to you, captain."

He eyes light with excitement. "Prepare to board! Show no mercy on the cowards who dare challenge the Jolly Roger!"

Storybrooke; Later That Day...

"Elizabeth's pretty, isn't she?" Emma asks Killian when he steps out of the shower. He shakes the towel through his hair with a raised eyebrow. "What?"

"Elizabeth. Your ex,"

Killian runs the towel over his body. "My what?"

Emma speaks sharply, accusing, "You know. Someone you used to be with."

"What makes you think she's my ex?" Killian starts to dress.

"Why else would she trade her ship, risk her life and the lives of her entire crew, kill god knows how many inocent people, and cross realms to find you?"

"Well... I wouldn't say I used to be with her. I would call Elizabeth my closest friend. She assisted me in finding the crocodile, she saved the lives of many while in Neverland and most of all, she slapped some sense into me after Milah. I didn't love her. Not like I love you,"

Emma's stern expression breaks. She pulls the towel off of Killian's shoulders to see his bare chest. Killian takes her face in his to look into her burning green irises.

"I love you, Emma Jones." He whispers. Emma shivers at the sound of his deep, seductive voice.

"I love you more, Killian Jones."

Aboard The Jolly Roger...

"Did you find what you were looking for, Captain?" Smithy implores.

"Aye," Elizabeth growls angrily.

"Then why do you seem so... Upset?"

"He's bloody married, that's why!" She slams her knife into the table between her and Smithy. "We have to get rid of her,"

The first mate's eyes widen. "Shall we kidnap her, ma'am? Lock her in the brig?"

"No, Smithy. She's the Savior. That won't work. Our solution must be of a more permanent nature," her voice lowers to a whisper.

"We have to kill her."
