Judge's Instructions.

1. Go back to the rules chapter and make sure you follow them before applying.

2. Follow the community and the members responsible for taking care of the judges in the period in which the contest is ongoing. If you go back and unfollow, you will automatically be disqualified. This is to ensure that we look through your profile to see if you're eligible or not.

3. You cannot judge a category you will be participating in.

4. When judging participants work, do it with love. Positive criticism is what we preach. Do not use vulgar language or be mean to a participant or you'll be disqualified and our community will make sure Wattpad takes care of you!

5. When your judging list is full, start judging right away. Create a reading list of the category e.g The Originals Romance participants. You can remove the reading list after the contest is over and results have been announced.

6. Follow the Rubric. Some categories will have two judges judging the same book and that will show us who used the Rubric and who didn't.

7. Do not engage with participants or disclose any information pertaining the judging. Discreetness should be maintained.

8. If participants haven't followed you yet, you are allowed to remind them kindly by posting on their public message boards.

9. Fill the form with utmost precision. When accepted, you will be asked to provide your gmail ID for sending sticker purposes. This will be done privately using the message tool on Wattpad. This is because a lot of people are not comfortable sharing it in public. We respect that.

10. During tag fest, do not tag famous authors e.g Anna Todd, Ninya Tippett etc. These people cannot enter the contest hence you will be blocked!

11. Judge's will be awarded so smile wide, we appreciate your work. Our community will pick the best judge, the 1st runner up and the 2nd runner up.

Judge's Qualities.

1. You must have a good understanding of grammar.

2. Follow the given rubric. This is mandatory. A guide ( rubric) will be provided showing you how to judge.

3. You don't need to have experience, as long as you are dedicated, we give you a chance.

4. No biasness of any kind will be tolerated.

5. Honesty is key factor. Don't allow bribes, don't give a lot of marks because its your friend or anything of the sort. If an applicant tries to bribe you, report to our ambassadors, kelladaisy113 and Amysh02 and they will be dealt with accordingly.

6. Do not allow yourself to be manipulated or intimidated by a participant simply because they have a lot of followers than you. Do your job to the best of your abilities, we honor that. If they do, reach us immediately and we will take action. We personally are going to make sure Wattpad HQ does something about. No bullying allowed.
