Bakugou's pov

I lean on my desk listening to Aizawa drone on about random hero shit and how to be convenient in battle. I'm startled by a sudden bang as the class room door swings open.

"Kitty!" A little boy calls running up to me with a little girl. The twins.

"Kat, I can't handle it.. I tried calling your mother, she didn't answer, probably on the booze again, so can you please look after them" Masaru says rubbing his temple.

"You know she's dry dad, just go alright.. I've got this handled" I say and my father nods with a sigh.

"I'll pick them up when my chemotherapy is on hold, okay?" He says and I nod.

"If you get too sick please call me, I am capable of looking after you.. you know that right?" I say and he nod.

"I'll be off now, I'm needed at the hospital in ten minutes" Masaru says and I nod waving him out.

"Okay you two, you'll be staying with big brother for some time.. alright?" I say pulling the twins closer to me.

"Yay, we get to stay with Kitty!" Kasumi says.

Kasumi and Kazumi are the twins. When my mum has them she wasn't aware that she actually had two babies. Kasumi is my little sister and Kazumi is my brother. The only reason why their names are so similar is because my mum said the same name twice.

She got confused and that's why their names are literally the same thing. Both the twins turned eleven last week. They both look so grown up.

"Hey buddy, my princess.. how's living with dad been?" I ask kneeling down on the ground with them.

"So much fun, we get to bake stuff with momma Saki and dad buys us lots of shit" Kasumi says happily clapping her hands.

"Oh gosh, no swearing young lady" I say and she just laughs rolling her eyes. "Gosh you two have gotten so much bigger, I've missed you both" I say giving them a squeeze.

"We missed you too brobro!" Kazumi says with a soft giggle.

"Kacchan your siblings are so cute" Deku says and I softly smile up at him.

"Yeah, I'm glad I get to see them.. my dad took them away when they were just born, said my mother was unfit but left me with her.. I'm glad he did leave me behind though" I explain letting the twins go.

I like to baby then a lot. They will always be my baby siblings. The twins mean everything to me and when dad got diagnosed with leukemia it was like their whole world was coming down in top of them. I need to protect them.

"Why does dad have to go to the hospital again, he doesn't tell us why" Kazumi says with a pout and I nod.

"Dad's ill, really ill and he needs the doctors help" I say biting my bottom lip to stop the tears from flowing.

"Kitty, is dad going to die?" Kasumi asks and I let out a shaky breath.

"I can't lie to you guys, dad might die.. yeah.. he's got a very serious illness and the doctors are doing all the can to save his life" I say and Kasumi pouts wiping a tear off my cheek.
