Colored papers, and a bunch of markers. That's what he bought.

Getting a red paper from the pile, he grabbed the black marker, and started writing. After finishing, he folded it and placed it in his bag.

"Here." Ginjima handed the paper to Asami, still annoyed at what happened before.

"What's this?" Asami asked, and opened it, to look at the content. She started reading it, each word written made her redder.

"Akagi-san's response" Ginjima said with an 'are you stupid' expression.

"I know that, i mean, why?" Running out of words to say, Asami settled into waving the letter.

"Oh, he thought hat's it's not good to keep a lady waiting, so he actually decided to write back, since you don't want to meet him in person. Do confess already please. It's such a hassle for me" Ginjima retorted.

"Uhh, maybe I-" Ginjima cut her off from whatever she wanted to say.

"Just give me yours or something. I'm annoyed right now with the twins and Suna pestering me"

Handing him the note, Asami stopped Ginjima from leaving.

"Hey Gin, thank you, really. I appreciate your efforts for this" he looked at her and smiled.

"You're welcome, always"

"So, how did she reacted?"

"Did she blush?"

"Are we expecting a relationship now?"

Not even letting him enter the gym, the members surrounded Ginjima. Feeling more annoyed, he glared at them. Sensing that he didn't want to be disturbed, they quickly went out of his way

"Here Akagi-san" Ginjima gave the note to Akagi. Both are getting used to it, as if it became a part of their daily routine.

Akagi nodded in acknowledgement, put the note away, and started warming up.

To: S.A.

I'm really akward at this, because this is my first time writing a letter back, much less for a girl. Thank you for your effort. I really appreciate it. I don't know what to write anymore, except thank you.

I really hope that I see you in person atleast. So do you want to meet up or something? It's probably creepy to ask that, but I really want to meet you.

-Akagi Michinari

Asami stared at the letter like it was a foreign, unidentified thing. After a few more minutes with nothing but staring at the letter, it finally sinked to her.

She did not expect him to write back.

So what was she supposed to do now?

Asami expected Akagi to atleast confront her, if he actually knows who she was.

But she never expected that her little writings would escalate into this.

So instead of mulling over it, she decided to just write back.

I'll hand this to Gin on Friday. He's probably annoyed acting as our mailman.
