Hadrian POV

A house-elf opened the door and a moment later my name is called. "Master Tom, Master Hadrian, someone is here for you!" the house-elf who I think is named Larry calls. My father and I look at eachother and go to the door. Who I see surprises me: "Neville?!" I exclaim. "Hey Harry" he says. "It's Hadrian now" I say. "Yes sorry, I heard that you came into your inheritance?" he asks. "Yes" I say happily "Come in, why are you here?". Neville comes in and sits in the free armchair when father and I just sit back where we sat a moment before. "Well first of all, the twins and Luna are very sorry that they couldn't come, but they are closely monitored by Dumblewhore at the moment. He seems to suspect that they have something to do with your disappearance.". "He has always been an idiot." dad says with a sigh. We can all agree with that.

"Well that doesn't explain what you are doing here?" I ask him. "Can't I give moral support to my friend." he says jokingly. I get a bit teary eyed at the mention of friends, but I blink the tears away. "No that's a joke, although that's also part of the reason I'm here. I come from a family of protectors. Since I have mated recently, I can take it up too. When I heard about you, I came as quickly as I could. So what I'm saying is, I came here for the job of a protector and moral support." Neville explains. "But aren't you supposed with Dumbledumb?" I ask him. "Well no, my whole family had always been on the 'dark' side. My parents were spies for you father. The old coot found out and tortured them to insanity. Everyone blamed you father for it, because Dumblewhore destroyed the evidence that it was him and left the dark mark at the crime scene.". "That's horrible Neville! I'm so sorry!" I exclaim. "Don't worry, I will do my part in bringing him down, that's all I want. And of course protect my friends and family.".

"We would love for you to be our son's protector." my father says. With that a few rules were made and then we all went to get a good night sleep. Tomorrow would the first letters probably come in.
