Twenty minutes pass with no parking progress from Namjoon. Watching him park was like watching a train wreck. You couldn't help but watch the disaster happen. To make matters worse, there were more scooters passing.
Frustrated, Namjoon gets out of the car, slamming the door shut. He stomps his way into the garage, trying not to growl like a beast.
"I can't get it! There are too many scooters on the road. The car won't turn the way I want it. And it's hot out there!" He turns away and gets a drink out of the mini fridge. I roll my eyes, hiding the little smirk hanging onto the corners of my mouth.
"Would you like some help?" I glance at him as another scooter passes the car, blaring its horn. His brows sink down as he barks 'yes!' popping open his Ramune.
I chuckle to myself and stride over to the car. I look around, checking for oncoming traffic. Not a vehicle in sight. I walk around to the driver's side of the car, checking for prying neighbors. Then casually walk around to the back of the car, taking one more glance around the neighborhood.
With the whole street clear of people, I cautiously lift the smart car off the ground and easily pivot with it in my arms. I walk the car into the garage and carefully set it down in the center of the space.
With the car securely out of the road, I pass a grumpy Namjoon to get a Ramune out of the mini fridge. He's rummaging through a box of my old stuff that I had stored in the garage last week.
I'm feeling a little guilty for not applying to the academy with him AND because he couldn't park his dad's car. I don't blame him for that; he is the God of Destruction. If he's not careful, he could easily destroy his dad's car. I want to make him feel better, but.....how?
I look down at my hand. I'm still holding an unopened Ramune. That's it! I'll ask for his help. I decide to act indifferent about my "situation" and hold out my Ramune to him.
"No thanks, I got one already." He ignores me, still going through my stuff, sulking.
"Open it please." I say shoving it in his face. He looks at me like my hands are covered in slime.
"Seriously? The strongest woman alive needs my help?" His expression had changed slightly from disgust to self-satisfaction as he crossed his arms over his chest.
Since he's a bit taller than me, I can look up at him with sweet little puppy eyes. He sighs lightly and pops open the Ramune for me.
"Thank you Joon." I walk back to my seat, taking a sip. And out of the corner of my eye I can see that he's looking a little happier at helping me.
