You can either read from the first chapter, or if you wish to start from where the thread broke, move on to chapter '4: First Light'. You wouldn't miss much. Except for maybe a little elaborate descriptions of some characters.
The potential triggers are mentioned in the story description. I hope you went through it before starting to read. However, I never really completely know all the triggers at the beginning, so I'd make it a point to warn about a new trigger one paragraph before. It would look something like:
