Human Castiel

You enter Castiels room holding a tray with some painkillers and soup. Cass got injured on a hunt and because he was human now he couldnt heal himself. You put the tray on the nightstand next to the bed.

"How are you feeling?"

The angel looked at you from under the covers

"Cold. Bad. Everything hurts."

You stoke his hair a little and smiled at him

"You'll be fine"

You give the angel the painkillers and later feed him the soup because it was hard for him to do it himself

"Why are you doing this?"

"Thats a stupid question Cass. I care about you. Your family"

The angel smiled at you and grabed your hand in his

"Thank you (Y/N). I really appreciate that."

"Of course big guy. Now finish it and go to sleep. I'll stay with you."

The angel nodded happily. He needed someone with him and having his best friend near simple made him feel loved. Cass finished his soup and fell asleep again and you stayed to watch over him.
