Jeongin and Chan arrived at a restaurant, Chan parked his car.
"Let's go?" Chan asked
Jeongin nodded and the two of them went out from the car then Chan locked it
The two entered beside to each other in the restaurant
A waiter approached them
"Table for two sir?"
"Yes, please" Chan replied
"Any celebration sir? Like anniversary?"
Jeongin whipped his head to look at the waiter then back to Chan with eyes wide
Chan panicked a little bit
"No, no. Just casual dinner" Chan replied
The waiter nods his head and lead them to their seats
Chan seated opposite to Jeongin
The waiter arrived and gave them their menu
"Choose anything" Chan said to Jeongin and he just nodded shyly in reply
"I'll just have a chicken pesto with a side of buttered corn and one rice, also a lemonade, you?" Chan asked
"Uh, I'll have a Creamy Chicken with mushrooms, one rice and a strawberry smoothie" Jeongin told the waiter
The waiter took their menus and proceeded to the kitchen area
"Hey, so how are you holding up in my company?" Chan asked
"I'm doing actually good, I'm having good friends here and there. I'm starting to know the different sectors and departments of your company" Jeongin replied
Chan smiles at his answer
"Well, that's good to hear. Did Jisung gave you a hard time when asking you questions? You know, the job interview" Chan asked curiously
Jeongin smiled awkwardly
"Jisung accepted me right away without telling my answers, I'm sorry" Jeongin said apologetically
Chan just laughed
"Well, I trust Jisung with those so no worries. At least he knows you well" Chan replied
Jeongin sighed in relief
"Hey, sorry for having you a hard time rescheduling my appointments and meetings with my other clients." Chan apologized
"It's fine. Can I guess? Is this a consolation?" Jeongin laughed
Chan just smiled
"A part of the reason why I took you out and have dinner, and the latter part is just that I just wanna have dinner with you" Chan replied
Jeongin looked at him
'What does he mean by that?' Jeongin thought
"Here are your orders sir" the waiter arrived as he was about to ask some questions about on what he meant by what he said
