--It's been months since me and Kio got together and everything's fine. It was awesome actually. Being with him just felt so right, you know? Anyways it's finally winter break and you know, everybody's having fun, it's fucking snowy again, and everyone is excited for Christmas but winter break is kinda shitty for me because that just means allergic rhinitis. 🤠
Today was no ordinary day, finally. Because today I planned on giving Kio a present since you know, it's that time of the year, and I wasn't really good at choosing presents so I decided to ask help from Daisy. Yeah, Daisy and I we're pretty good now. And it's legit. We are legit good friends now. I was also in good terms with her other friends too. Anyways I didn't talk to Kio today and I was actually avoiding him just for the surprise. He came knocking on our doorstep a while ago but I fake slept so my sister had to tell him to go visit on another day.
"Are you really sure that avoiding him will do the trick?" Daisy asked as we walked into a shop.
"Well, it's the only way." I said as we sat on a bench and waited for Via to come with us. Fifteen minutes later, Via arrived and we finally got up the bench. Gosh, this bench is really out here flattening my already-flat ass smh.
"Drake was with your friend Abby and some guy named Griffin? Yeah, that's why he can't come with us." Via said as the three of us started to look around the shop.
"Where are they going?" Daisy asked.
"I'm not sure actually, he said that they were gonna swim."
"Who the fuck goes swimming when it's winter?" I said. Gosh If I were to swim in some cold ass, six foot pool, I would get a week-long cold after.
"Apparently they do, anyways, why are we in some jacket shop?" Via asked.
"Well, I'm thinking of a gift for Kio, although I'm not sure what to give him." I replied while checking out some denim jacket.
"Is this the reason why he's spamming me text messages saying that you're avoiding him?" Via asked as she showed us her phone.
"Woah that's a lot." Daisy told me.
"Well, fuck. But I'm still carrying this." I said. I actually feel a little empathetic when I saw those messages. I mean, avoiding him before was easy, but now that he's my boyfriend, I felt like I couldn't resist being with him.
"Does Anthony know?"
"I didn't tell the boys. I mean, I might tell them later, but I feel like if I tell them earlier, someone's gonna spill the secret and that's just cap." I said as we kept on looking for something that Kio would like. I'm kinda planning on buying him a jacket 'coz it's cold and he likes jackets, and a pair of Nike shoes? Or maybe Reebok ones.
"How about you Daisy? Are you gonna give Myles a present?" Via slyly said.
"Well, I already have him." Daisy smirked.
"You're such a simp." I said and Daisy just rolled her eyes.
"Tell that to him." Daisy replied.
"C'mon, we know you like Myles." Via taunted and Daisy didn't say anything but instead put her fingers together and did the "shy" pose.
"Knew it! Gosh, I'll throw you guys to straight tiktok." I laughed.
"I wonder when Via would have one too though..." Daisy suddenly said and none of us said anything or should I say a moment of silence for Via's dead love life.
"I'm not into it for the moment. Besides, I just broke up with someone last year." Via said and I suddenly remembered.
"Oh shoot, yeah." I said.
