LMAO. I started writing this in 2014. I think I was literally 12 years old. That's insane. It feels like a lifetime ago.
I don't even remember what inspired me to write this story. I think it was literally just that I walked around all summer hoping One Direction would bump into me somewhere and decide that they couldn't live without me. But, like, didn't we all??
Now, I'm 19, bi, still a low-key Larry shipper, and still in love with Niall Horan, so clearly nothing has changed in the 10 years since One Direction formed lmao.
In honor of 1D's 10 year anniversary, I went through and edited each chapter to make it easier to read and make more sense, while still trying to keep the original feel of when I first wrote it. I wrote it to be really triggering for literally no reason, so I did my best to fix that, too. It's both fun and horrifying revisiting this story now, 6 years later, as an adult. I can't believe over 1.3k people actually read this shit. I remember really loving this story and putting days at a time into each chapter. Editing the whole thing took me 2 days alone. Despite all I invested in this, I don't actually remember how I wanted it to end back then, so maybe you'll get a few new final chapters to finish off what was my first story I ever wrote.
