~~PART 5~~
Bdubs wiped away the last few tears that had rolled down his cheek, but he still felt like crying. His insides were burning, his eyes and nose stung, and he had unintentionally watered the flower with his tears. He set down the lant, and laid his head down on the desk beside it. He looked at the blueprints scattered on his desk, and sifted through them with a heavy heart.
There were plans for a farm, a stage, at which he had no idea why he mapped it out, and plans for an alternate house. Sort of like a guest house, but he was the only one who would really use it. And he had found what he had begun work on last night, a halfway-finished villager trading hall. He also needed a mine, but he ran out of paper.
Bdubs went downstairs, and quickly looked through some barrels, before finding a few blank pages. He walked back upstairs, and set them down on the table. He couldn't help himself when his eyes drifted over to the rose plant, but he stopped himself before having another breakdown.
But he just couldn't shake Keralis out of his head. His lover, his sweetie-darling, and his killer.
He sat down at the desk, grabbed a pencil, and looked at the flower. He looked at it for a long time. He thought about the flower, it's origin, and Keralis. But he also wanted to draw something. He didn't quite know what yet, though. Maybe he could start up the blueprints for the trading hall? No, he wasn't in the mood.
After putting some thought to it, Bdubs came up empty-handed, and sighed. He was just going to draw. That's it. That's what he was doing. He didn't care what, he just wanted to draw.Bdubs quickly queued up some songs, and let himself go, vibing and drawing. It was a nice distraction from what was going on. But he couldn't shake the feeling that something was... off. He stopped, and looked into nothing, and tried to figure out what was wrong.
The room went dead silent as the current song faded out, and the next one hadn't started yet. This sent an eerie chill down Bdubs' spine, and he couldn't help but feel like he was being watched. He didn't know why, he just... did.
But the silence reminded him of the fact that Hypno was here before, and he no longer was. Bdubs would have spat out his drink, if he had one, and pulled out his communicator, looking for Hypno's contact. Not too long later, he found his contact, and shot him a message.
>BDouble0100< hgsfhg are you okay you aren't here anymore
>Hypnotizd< lmao yeah
>Hypnotizd< Im chilling with X atm
>Hypnotizd< You need something?
>BDouble0100< No, just got worried because you left
>Hypnotizd< oh, sorry lol
>BDouble0100< dont worry about it
Sure that Hypno was okay, Bdubs turned off his communicator, and looked at the blank screen for a second. He looked at his reflection and the reflection of Keralis behind him. Wait what-
Bdubs nearly screamed, but he only had a small heart attack. He spun around in his chair, looking at where Keralis would be. But, he wasn't there, and alas, Bdubs was sent into another tizzy, and checked all of his doors and windows, locking everything. He had also locked himself inside, but that was fine by him. He needed to be alone to have a proper vibe session.
And so, Bdubs had begun to continue to work on his drawing, but now, with a bunch of paranoia! So, he absent-mindedly finished his drawing, and only now looked at it, and actually comprehending it. He had drawn a portrait of Keralis, with lots of flowers. He didn't mind it, though. He was proud of how well it turned out, even if his mind wasn't exactly in the right place all the way through.
