     "Hmm, I would have to say what your friend here just had was a panic attack. From what you described it makes the most sense," the school nurse explains in a lazy voice. Thankfully, Ayumu's nose wasn't broken but he does need to be careful with it for the next few days. 

     Ayumu nods his head. He knows that was definitely one of them, he used to take medication for his anxiety when he was previously Rena. That's something he hasn't thought about in a while. When he was Rena, his previous life. 

     "You can stay here and rest awhile Ayumu. I'm going to take your friend over to my desk so I can tell him more about what just happened. I'm sure you have knowledge of what anxiety attacks are right?" Ayumu nods his head and the nurse also nods. The two leave Ayumu to himself. 

     Once he sees them out of range Ayumu asks, "Hey Ren? Is there anything else you can tell me about this world. I mean, I expected bullying but not to the level the teachers would be in on it?"

     Ren nods his head, "Let me explain a little more about the rank system. First, we know this world has two classes people fall under, Corrupt and Innocent. I'm sure as you remember from school there was a war between the two sides but it eventually came to an end. The only real difference between the two classes is that one is more manipulating and the other is a lot more straight forward. Both classes are respected for different reasons."

     "Then there are the tiers. You can have four ranks in total, three with stars and, like yours, one without. The highest level is three stars. They normally get positions like CEOs or even Celebrities. Something you will see is that they hate anyone if they come from the one-star tier or no star. Then a level down you have your two stars. They are the middle of the group. It's the most ordinary person you'll find. They also hate no stars"

     "You also have your one stars. They are also kinda average but are considered not as talented. They hate the three stars and again no stars. Finally, there are people like you, who have no star. They are considered weak and are never given any important jobs. They are mostly fast food employees or even "club workers" if you know what I'm saying."

"...yeah no way am I doing that." Ayumu shiver, he is not going to spend the rest of his life working in places like that. "Ren do you know any way to possibly...lower my level. Gosh, that makes me feel overpowered for no reason. I mean wouldn't it be based on the person, not the body? So since I'm the one in control now won't it have changed?"

     "Hmm," Ren thinks about it, " well it might be possible. I don't think it would have changed because we made sure to adjust you to fit with the personality more. I think maybe we can try lowering your level. If you give me a few minutes I can run through possible solutions?"

"Sure," Ayumu replied, " I've got nothing else to do right now after all."  

     Not even a minute passes before Ren gets back to Ayumu, " I think, I think I found a way! All we have to do is have you take a suppression pill. It only lasts for a few minutes but if you take it before the test you can be ranked properly as a three-star!" Ayumu internally pats Ren on the head for a job well done.

     Waiting even longer he sees the doctor and Hiroto come back looking serious. "From what your friend here told me I understand that you haven't had a panic attack before nor have you gone to a psychiatrist for it. Do you want me to send you with a note about what happened?"

     "Sure...and uhm.." Ayumu hesitates, "just...I know it probably hasn't changed...but could I possibly redo the TC (Tier Class) test. I...I just want to...I just, I want to be sure."

      Looking surprised the doctor nods, " Sure kid, I'll give you a note to retake that test too. You gotta set the appointment though. Good luck little one." With that, the door opens and another teen walks in and with a hopeful voice goes

     "Nii-san! I need to talk to you about something! Like, right now!" The male quickly tries to grab the nurse and starts walking away, probably not even seeing the two other teens.

     "Masaru! Wait a second! I was talking with these two! Have some patients!" The nurse snaps. 

     Ren's voice suddenly rings out in Ayumu's head, "Ayumu! Ayumu! That's the ML! That's the ML!"

     "What!" Ayumu in shock didn't even realize he said that out loud until the two brothers look back at him.

     "Hm," the ML's face goes from excited to cold maybe even condescending, " who are you? What do you want with us huh?"

     Hiroto quickly puts his form in front of Ayumu's, "We don't want anything to do with you. I'm sure he was just confused because you interrupted something important."

     Scoffing the ML replies, "Yeah, well tell your friend to keep his mouth shut, or else I might have to do it for him."

      As soon as those words leave his mouth Hiroto's face turns ominous. His hands clenched and he slowly walks over to the ML. Seeing Hiroto lifting his hand Ayumu calls out, "Stop! Do not get yourself in more trouble. There is no reason to fight. Don't be a fool and get yourself expelled!"

     He may be a future mafia boss but raising a hand against the ML. Yeah, there is no way that that is going to turn out well.

     HIYA It's me. Uhm i just realized something. One of the readers (Sylvaniacorment) asked me a while ago if Hiroto was the ML...I just realized that you were referring to my stories ML...Uhmmm...oops... hehe..sorry

     Actually I was going to have you guys vote out of a few options for who Ayumu's interest would be. Let me know if you guys just want me to decide or if you wanna wait till later so that you all can pick when y'all are introduced to everyone. 

     If you all are curious the first world is probably going to end at 0.25 but I might speed it up or slow it down depending on the results. Thank you everyone for sticking with me and reading this!! Much love to all!!
