Kaden grinned, watching his son fly away. Ratchet was a good hero, and he needed to do what he felt was right. Even if that meant he would not see him for long periods of time.
"So, uh," stammered a voice. A tall, fat, blue man with a beard and a plumbing wrench stood behind Kaden. Ratchet and Clank knew him only as the plumber. "You still want me to keep an eye on them?"
"You're doing it anyway for Orvus and the Zoni," Kaden pointed out.
The plumber grinned and scratched the back of his neck. "I'd be awfully bored without those two rascals. Besides, the Zoni pay nicely."
"Go on, get out of here," chuckled Kaden.
The plumber nodded. "See ya around, Kaden."
