I hear about these awful things children and teens are doing to themselves..not just teens, adults as well. I want you all to know that you're not alone. I promise you. Many others are going through a tough time in there life. I want you to hold on tight, you'll survive. Stay strong and carry on.

Put down that sharp object and just be glad that you were able to take another breath. I'm begging you, you don't want to come down here. It's awful. I beg of you.
