This'll have some strong themes so if you get triggered easily (which I understand and respect) by that, I would recommend you to not read this.

X was no longer with you in co hosting with Four, they were instead with the new host, Two. Who you hated. They stole almost everything from you and Four, you weren't affected much. But you could see Four in a different state of mind after all of the trouble Two had caused.

You tried comforting the blue host, but they didn't even notice you were there. So you immediately thought they were over their yellow co-host being gone.

You just waited patiently for Four to come back and start hosting again, but something was up. They weren't there.

It was just you and the 14 contestants. No host, your only friend left. Where did they go? They were only here an hour ago. You scanned the area, nothing. They were gone.

You decided it would be best of you just searched for them. While walking around the grounds of somewhere on Earth, a few dried up blood drops lead you towards the host themself.

They were turned away from you, and were crying softly, their tears dripping on the soft green grass. Not only that, their arms were covered in scratch marks, mostly from their claws.

You slowly tiptoed to the number, who immediately noticed you and turned over. This made you jump a bit as tears were coming down from their eyes onto their blue cheeks. But their whimpering had stopped.

"F. Four..? Is everything okay..? You look... upset..?"

"I'm fine. Let's just get back to the contestants and pretend this never happened." They stood up and walked past you. Turning around, you caught up with them.

"You look wounded. Do you need he-?" They interrupt you, stopping in their tracks and turned over to you.

"No. I'm fine. Just leave me be, Y/N." This concerned you even more, you placed a hand on their scratched up arm. They quickly reacted and pulled you off them. "Leave me alone!"

They quickly walked off, which made you run towards them, stopping them once again.

"Listen to me, Four! You're not okay! Just talk to me and we'll work this out, together!" This stopped Four, becoming lifeless for a second. That was when they started crying and hugged you, making you jump a bit.

"I'm so sorry, Y/N! I'm a horrible person!" They sobbed and screamed, were they even a person? That didn't matter to you, you just wanted them to be happy.

"Wh-what's wrong? Please talk to me, Four." You sat them down onto the grass, they stopped their sobs so they could finally speak.

"I jUst think X left because of me. I was horrible back then. I hurt X, the contestants, even you. Everyone wanted to leave me because they only cared about the prize, not how I felt. I'm just a mistake... I don't even know what I am..."

That was when you pulled them into a hug, startling them. "Oh, Four... You're not a mistake. You're special. We care about you." This made them cry again, hugging you tightly.

You only cared about Four, and their emotions. They were special to you, your first friend that care about you. The others didn't care about your feelings, they didn't even noticed you existed.

Four continued crying and wailing. You embraced the hug more by tightening it. After all the cries and tears, they finally calmed down, ready to start the challenges all over again.
