my eyes fluttered opened and i looked around remembering i was in mattia's room. i looked at my phone and it was 7 in the morning. i groaned looking over at mattia, he had left our cuddling position and was now taking the majority of the space on the bed, sprawled belly down. i giggled reaching over and slightly ruffling his mushroom hair. i kissed his head before standing up and going to the bathroom to get ready. i changed into the white top mattia had used for the tiktok and a pair of denim shorts. i did some light make up and sat back on the bed. i should've just gone back to bed. mariano was definitely still sleeping. i decide to make some tiktoks in the bathroom.

i smiled seeing mariano comment. "bruh don't leave me on pause." samy whined. i laughed and unpaused him. "okay tell me again what's happening with mar and devyn." samy asked laying on his bed. "i told you, i have no idea! he just randomly told me he liked her and the next day acting like he was in love with her." i whispered looking over at the bed. i was sitting in the balcony on the beanbag waiting for mariano to pull up. "that's sus. imma ask him." samy said. "let me know what you find out... bruh how did viktor find my account?" i asked him confused. samy laughed and shrugged, "he probably saw one of the boys on the page yesterday. he's really likes you he got sad you didn't add him back on snap." "he don't even know me like that." i muttered. "that's what im sayin... i thought he'd be scared of mariano or mattia. he be actually commenting and shit." samy said laughing. i smirked, "in person he's not gonna act like that." i told him. samy agreed before i saw marianos car pull up. "no he didn't." i murmured. "whats happening?" samy asked. i waved at the car, putting a 5 up with my hand. "he brought devyn." i informed him, going and shaking mattia. "amor? whats wrong?" he rasped out. "get up. youre coming with me." i told him running into his closet. "put this on!" i tossed him clothes, laughing slightly when he looked confusingly at me. "please come on get up." i tugged in his hand as he sat up. "bye samy. ill call you later. love you." i waved remembering he was there. "love you!" he yelled as i hung up. i looked back at mattia to see him lulling back to sleep. i groaned raising his hands up and taking his tank top off. "val-" he started. "raise your hands." i instructed pulling his white shirt over his head. i blushed slightly feeling his eyes on me. i put my hand through the top of his shirt, pulling his chains so they were over his shirt. my hand brushing lightly against his chest. "here put these on." i told him handing his gray nike sweat shorts. before i could back away he grabbed my hand and pulled me back and onto his lap. he smiled softly at me brushing my curly hair back. i blushed and smiled back. "ill come with you one condition." mattia said placing a hand in my cheek. "what is it?" i asked watching him get closer. our lips brushed together lightly, and his eyes remained on mine. he pulled me foward kissing me. i smiled into the kiss, playing with his chain. he pulled away and began leaving kisses down my neck. i gasped, biting my lip. he stopped when i let out a soft moan. he looked up at me and smirked. my eyes looked over his face, his eyes shined and his mouth was slightly parted, his cheeks splotched with pink. going back to the same spot, he sucked on it. for sure leaving a hickey. he pulled away and grinned. "let's go." he whispered with a wide smile on his face. i pouted flustered. "what about you?" i asked letting my fingers trace his neck softly. i waited for a reaction out of him and grinned when he let out a sigh. i pressed a single kiss on his neck and he shuddered before i pulled away happily. he groaned. "tease." i laughed at his words and i crawled off his lap. we both made our way down the stairs. we had woken up kairi and told him we were going to my house and to go over whenever. mattia opened the door for me letting me out first. he held my backpack on one hand while he held my hand in the other. "hey devy!" i greeted happily seeing her. she smiled brightly and waved back. "hey mar." i greeted sitting down. "hey valentina." he greeted back without looking at me. "hey guys." mattia said sitting down next to me. devy greeted him back and mariano just nodded. "you guys want to go get breakfast?" devy asked as mariano started to pull out. "ohh let's go to that one place. uhhh matti. which one was it?" i asked him. he laughed and replied. "eggslut." "egg-what?" devy asked laughing looking back at me and mattia laughing. "eggslut." i replied pulling it up on my phone and handing it to mariano, who said nothing. i frowned slightly sitting back with mattia. he wrapped his arm around me, placing a kiss on my head. i giggled leaning against him. "can i put some music?" devy asked mariano, to which he smiled and her and nodded. "play don't wanna fall by iann dior" mariano said looking at the rear views mirror and making eye contact with me. my favorite artist right now. "ill sing this whole song." i told mattia grinning, to which he quirked an eyebrow and smiled. i cleared my throat jokingly as mariano put up the volume. "why should i try? when i know you'll choose another guy" when i sang this part i could sworn mariano looked at me in the rear view mirror again. i continued singing the whole song, forcing myself to look towards mattia. must of just been a coincidence. soon enough we reached the restaurant and we all hopped out. mattia immediately throwing a arm over my head. devy and mariano just walked side by side. we all put our masks on and walked in. we all order a bacon, egg and cheese. "i have always wanted to go to new york." i told devy as we waited for our food to get served. "i can take you." mattia said smiling at me. devy awed and agreed. i just smiled but said nothing. mariano and i had already planned on going to new york together and a bunch of other places when we were younger. i looked over at mariano and rolled my eyes. his eyes were glued to his phone screen. "mar." i said waiting for a response. "what?" he asked with an annoyed tone. i looked at him weirdly. "are you okay?" i asked softly. "fine." he replied looking back at his phone. "mar, mattia wants to take val to new york! isn't that sweet?" devy asked trying diffuse my anger towards mariano. immediately his eyes snapped to me. he frowned. "have fun." he muttered looking back once again at his phone. mattia clasped my hand under the table. i tightened my hold and let out a deep breath. i continued to make small talk with devy, mattia inputting his opinion once in awhile. "that was good." i hummed as we walked back to the car. "the ones in new york are better." mattia said grinning. "when are you going back to jersey?" i asked him. "1 month then 2 months there than back again." he explained as we all piled into the car. "what about you?" he asked. i looked over at mariano. "before samys birthday. it's on july 14. its june 12. so a month until we go back." i told him. when we got home, we all made tiktoks with the house members. the entire time however, mariano didn't talk to me or mattia. i was talking to maile and keith as mattia went outside to get the boys. "it's weird." keith told me as we peeked at mariano and devy talking. maile nodded, "they try to hard to look cute." maile said making me laugh. "she's right. they look too forced." keith said leaning back. "doesn't matter. i have mattia and mariano doesn't like me." i told them. they both looked at each other and rolled their eyes. "what?" i asked. "you'll figure it out." keith said shrugging. "girls we have a q&a to answer." rave called out. "huh?" kaylee as from the counter. "for the vaults youtube." peyton told her. "take care of mattia for me okay?" i asked keith. "he's right there. tell him yourself." i turned around and sure enough mattia was walking in with the boys. "ill introduce you guys." i said pulling him up towards them. the girls had already gone up to the room. "matti." i called motioning him to the kitchen where the other boys were. "boys." i called. bryce and the rest looked up, noticing the jersey boys coming up. "these are mattia's friends." i said pointing out at everyone and introducing them. "and finally... you know mariano." i said as i finished naming everyone. "i have to go film a quick video." i informed mattia. he nodded and i kissed his cheek. "ewww." the jersey boys teased causing me to flip them off as mattia grabbed the closet one, who happened to be alvaro. "help!" i heard him yell as i walked away. i laughed hearing malcom yell to let him go. i walked up the stairs and at the top i looked back and marino was looking at me. i broke the eye contact and kept walking. 2 weeks later mattia. the vault. mattia. the vault. for the past week. that was all i could focus on. i had been spending my nights with mattia, including the boys and then the whole day at the vault with everyone else. i hadn't talked to mariano at all. we hadn't even been in the same room together. he was clearly avoiding me, and nobody knew why. devy seemed to know but when he left she would follow. during the day it didn't bother me but when mattia was knocked out sleeping besides me, it would cause me to cry. i missed my best friend so much. did i do something? maybe it was for the best. mattia treated me wonderfully these past 2 week. i couldn't thank him enough. he was becoming someone so important to me. i couldn't lose him. but i had a feeling mariano wasn't talking to me because of mattia. i sighed watching mattia make a tiktok with keith. the chair besides me moved and i glanced over. malcom smiled at me. i smiled back, watching him hesitate. "what's wrong?" i asked. he sighed loudly looking around. everyone was inside while we sat outside. "it's about mariano." he blurted. i sighed rubbing my head. "what is it?" i questioned keeping my eyes on mattia and keith, they were across the pool from us. "he's been weird, first he's say he likes-" he stopped. i looked at him and waited. "liked who?" i pushed. his blue eyes snapped to me. "you." he whispered. my eyes widened. "it was his idea for me to switch rooms with you." he confessed. "what?" i asked confused. "he likes you val. he told me a long time ago." suddenly everyone poured out the house and ran out the door. i watched at mariano ran out the house with devyn in his arms. he jumped in the pool with her, laughing as they resurfaced. they both were smiling happily with red faces. "i don't think that's true anymore." i told him sadly before standing up and walking away.
