I didn’t dare move a single muscle. I wanted to plead and cry, but I kept my mouth shut. Many thoughts swirled in my mind as I thought of things I could have done to prevent this.

If I walked home earlier then none of this would’ve happened.

“P-p-please.” I managed to whisper out.

“I said not a sound,” the man hissed

I winced as the grip of the knife tightened against my throat.

After a few moments that felt like hours, the knife against my throat loosened.

This is my chance to get away. Now or never.

I turned around fast and kicked him where it would hurt and ran as fast as I can.

“Shit!” the man yelled groaning in pain.

I didn’t dare to look behind me. He could be gaining on me any second for gods sake. My legs began to burn as I ran faster than my life depended on it. I saw street lights and cars driving past from a distance. It seemed so close, but so far away.

I could hear heavy footsteps behind me as the captor begins to gain on me.

I glanced over my shoulder. I began to panic as I could see a dark shadow started to run towards me.

You can do it! I said over and over in my mind.

My thoughts were interrupted by a hand roughly turning me around and facing the person. I gulped. This is it. I could be possibly dead in a matter of seconds. I close my eyes and wait till the knife plunges inside of me and ends my life. Minutes pass and nothing happens.

A screech escaped from my lips as the ground is gone as I was yanked up and a bag goes on my head. Where was he taking me? The thought made me want to cry that possibly I could be dead in a matter of hours.

I screeched  as my body collided with a hard surface making my body ache with pain. The car started to move as I started to sobbed.

The image inside my mind is haunting every single second as I imagine my lifeless body thrown in a dumpster. Just the thought of that made my sob louder.

Once I managed to stop the sobs, the car ride was dead silent. All I could hear is the roaring cars passing by outside.

I wonder what my parents are going to do when they find out that I have been captured by a sociopath. There was too many thoughts in my mind. I have to find a way to escape. Black dots started to appear in my visions and soon I blacked out unconscious.

"What are we going to do with her?"

My eyes snapped open and took in my surroundings. Once everything came into my visions I see I am not safe at home and everything wasn't a dream. I look down and see my legs are tied against the chairs and my hands tied together.

Tears threaten to spill out as I see dark shadows approaching me. What could they possibly want from me? I want to run and see my parents and my siblings to tell them how much I love them, but it seems to me that I wont be living anymore to do that. I would be dead.

Tears start to spill as I see two people begin to come closer to my vision.

As the suspects come to my view they give me a grin. Not a grin or kindness, but a grin of malice, full of evilness. What do they want from me?

"What's your name little girl?" One of the guy said. I took in his appearance and he fit everything a criminal would look like in my eyes. He had a stubby beard and he had a large body. I look next to him and see a guy that doesn't really look like a criminal. He had a business suit on and he just looks like a guy who worked a long day. But something about him made it seem more creepy than the other man.

The look he was making was way more creepier than the other mans. Just thinking about it made me shiver in fear.

I ignored his question and looked down. I don't want to make eye contact and speak to any of them.

"Are you fucking mute or something?" The man in the business suit growled.

"A-adriana." I said as tears started to fall down.

He grabbed my chin roughly making me look at him. My body tensed as the look on his face made me want to run and hide.

"Don't worry Adriana, we'll take good care of you."
