"Adri, you don't need to worry about anything. Nothing is going to happen, you're safe." My mother's soothing voice said as she comforted me from my nightmare.

I was probably 10 at the time when the nightmares started to invade my mind everytime i had fallen asleep.

I  wanted to believe my mom at that time, but as a 10 year old, I thought that nightmares are bound to come true and happen at some point in life. Just like what people say about dreams.

Everyone told me that it would never happen to me and that this city was safe from any sign of danger.

The nightmares od being kidnapped and killed kept on replaying in my mind the moment I get into bed. I tried to sleep, but I couldn't. I was too afraid.

Eventually, as time went on I started to slowly believe that nothing would happen to me and that would cause me to be harmed because that's what everyone told me. I believed them.

But, now here I am. Abducted by these psychopaths.

This is nothing like the nightmares i have previously dreamt of when I was 10. This was way more fightening.
