in math the next day, Calum ignored Sadie. he really didn't know why. he just is so mad at her. she called him dumb! well, not really, but she said it.

Calum hate being called dumb, because he can't defend himself for saying "I'm smart" because he isn't. he knows he isn't. he's failing every class. he hates going to school everyday because each day he gets criticized by his teachers whenever he gets an answer wrong, or doesn't do his homework. but he doesn't do his homework because he's freaking out while he's doing it.

Sadie knows how calum felt about the word 'dumb' or 'stupid'. but she didn't use it in the right context. not the context he thought of. She didn't know if she would send the note to him.

but she needs too.

she signed, finishing the note and waiting for the bell to ring so she can give it to him when he's not looking.

when the bell finally rang, calum got up and turned in his work sheet, and Sadie sent the note on his desk.

lol I hate being happy bc when I'm happy everyone I know gets sad, or sick or something. idk I guess if im sad everyone else will be happy? idk im just like really happy lately and nOW all my friends are sad over something. I guess I'll just, idk be sad. I just want everyone to be happy before myself anf then I'll be happy :-((-(-((((-((-((-(
