Chapter 1

Rias P.O.V.

As the strange man walked up to me I had no choice but to back up as he talked. No one had any idea what kind of power this person had and our only option was to wait for my brother to get here.

Then he lifted his mask. I had no idea. Last I heard, the fallen angels had killed him. I heard he was never coming back and cried for two weeks. Him and Akeno were my only friends. He didn't look at me as if he was better than me or that I was a Goddess. The first time I saw him he only looked at me like I was a harassed first year in need of protection.

Over the years both of us fell for him, how could we not. He was a strong boy who protected us from everything all things from perverts to fangirls. The day he asked me out was the greatest day of my life. The boy who I had loved for two years asked to go on a date with me.

Eventually, the perverted stuff I let Issei do to me in order to get more powerful forced me to break up with Y/N. He was heartbroken and found by fallen angels, despite the seals I placed on him to prevent it.

A year ago, Y/N was in the chemistry lab, finishing up an experiment and finalising his report. A thunder storm hit and he got struck by lightning. He was in a coma for 6 months before he finally woke up, and when he did, he was extremely powerful. I placed seals to prevent him being poached by fallen.

After all that and finally getting over his death, the one person I've ever loved is here in front of me and he says that he wants me dead.

Y/N P.O.V.

As I stood over Rias, she began to break down. Tears flooded down her face in relief and fear.

"So, you want to know why I want you dead?" I asked and she only nodded her head in response.

"Well, since then, the most affection I've felt for anyone is a fallen by the name of Mittelt and Trihexa." I said. Akeno seemed to know what was coming next but I ignored her and continued," Trihexa is now my self-proclaimed girlfriend and who I feel the most for, and Mittlet was the one sent to kill me. She granted me a last request and I will be forever greatfull." Now Akeno was really scared for Rias.

"Well, Mittelt is dead..." She trailed off.

"Who killed her?!" I shouted and Rias rose her hand.
