Girlfriend decoy ~ Zenitsu's x Nezuko ~ ( Slight Inotan ? )

Okay so this is my first one shot, not to short but still only one chapter.
I just love these dorks! It's honestly more of the boys being idiots then it actually is ships..

Zenitsu loved girls, no doubt about it. All kinds of girls. Short and tall, darker or lighter complexions,
Eye color, Hair color, it all just didn't matter.

At this point in his life, a female demon could ask him to take her as his wife and he'd probably say yes before he passed out from fear.

All he wanted in life was a little love.
And even though he technically found some form of brotherly love between Tanjirou and Inosuke, it's not the same as a lover. He wanted a wife.
He longed for a wife.

But there was one special girl...
A special girl that he would prefer to spend the rest of his days with...

The boys were on the middle of a long Travel, to which their destination would put them at a small village out in the middle of nowhere, as Zenitsu put it.

They still had a long way to go, Tanjirou's crow had told him they wouldn't arrive for another day or so, and that's with them moving with very few breaks. As few as Zenitsu would allow that is.

Inosuke could practically move all day without rest, Tanjirou could go with almost the same stamina. Zenitsu on the other hand was rather complainative, whining every few seconds if they'd even dare to go longer then 3 hours. This pissed Inosuke off, But Tanjirou remained calm. He knew Zenitsu could be a little... lazy.

It was dark now, probably close to midnight. They all finally agreed to rest for the night, choosing to do so out in an open field. It was just easier for Inosuke to sense, and for Tanjirou to smell danger. Since no doubt Zenitsu would be the first to sleep.

Inosuke managed to find a small river at the edge of the forest, to which he  caught some fish from. And to his pleasure, Tanjirou had built a fire to cook them on. He and Zenitsu loved the way he cooked fish.

Before long and all the fish was consumed, And both Tanjirou and Zenitsu were stuffed. As for Inosuke, he never truly was 'full' but he had consumed enough to satisfy him.

" Say, Tanjirou?  You said that we'd be arriving around tomorrow night right ? "

Zenitsu asked, displeasure In his voice. Tanjirou scooted closer to the fire that was in the center of the three, placing his hands directly across from the flames as to warm them up.

" Yeah, according to the crow that is "

Zenitsu rolled himself up in a ball, hugging his legs tight.

" Well, it looks like I have one more day to live, oh how ever will I spend my precious moments ? "

He said with a sarcastic tone, Tanjirou knew he was up to something.

" Uhg! Stop being a whine ass,
Monitsu! "

Inosuke hissed, displeased with the blondes complaining. Zenitsu flinched in response, jumping onto Tanjirou for security.

" Tanjiroooo~ What would you say if I take Nezuko further out in the field, to maybe pick some flowers?  "

Tanjirou didn't react to his sudden leap onto him, but sighed at his question.

" I don't know, Zenitsu, I'm pretty tired and we have to get up early. So perhaps we should just go to bed instead?  I'm sure you'll be fine anyway "

He spoke in his soft, kind voice.

" Oh pretty please ~ I won't let a single misquote flutter over her nose! Nothing will touch her! So, you don't have to come with us. You can rest, I will keep first watch! "
