Hey my sweet freaks ;) I wanted you all to know that if this chapter came up as soon as it did it's all grace to arely1561. Thank you sweetie for having gave me the motivation back. Your comments and opinion helped me get back the writers flame in these dark times I'm passing just recently. Thank you.

So, with no further review, here it goes.....

-You must tell her! - Shouted Daren. - If she knows what she is she’ll have a fighting chance against Sawiskera! You can’t let her continue on being out of the fight! She must know or else there is a huge possibility that this time we won’t succeed on keeping her on our side!

  - Enough! - Aireskoi’s voice was cold and authoritative, gluing the younger demon’s lips in a respective silence. His eyes were burning angry as he looked at Daren. – You don’t understand anything, Malakay. She’s not on anyone’s side. For five thousand years I am personally making sure she would not fall under influence of any side. I refused her for the Light One’s. I refused her for the Oblivion. And yes, I also refused her for the Underworld. I refused her to us, because I am the Keeper of The Equilibrium. I am the Eater of souls. I am Death, the Devourer of worlds and a little petty demon, like yourself should never, EVER, question me in this fashion again! Do you understand ME?!- By the end of the sentence his voice was drenched with his power and Malakay fell to his knees, knowing that he was in no position to question or challenge Aireskoi.

“At least not…”- he stopped the thought before going further. He knew that this close there wasn’t a chance in the entire universe for his Master to not pick it up. He also knew that he would disappear into Nothingness, if his Master ever decided to be rid of him. There was no afterlife for demonic kind. All the others of his species (except for the few that Aireskoi spared to have spies and servants in the Oblivion) were reborn in the Oblivion, with a reasonable amount of time difference. Of course. But traitors were soon discovered and once you’ve been marked as a traitor to your kind the Oblivion let you disappear into the Nothingness.

Equilibrium had to be always maintained. By extermination of those who threaten it.

And sometimes it meant exterminating just enough of those who threaten it, to cripple the forces of the side which initiated the actions that brought the threat.

  - I don’t have to explain you how much power she could add to any side she’d ally herself to. – Ai’s voice snapped him out of his ponderings. – If you’d stop dreaming of domination for at least one second, you’d see how dangerous this whole situation would get if any, ANY, side would get her to join them. I will not let anyone have her, Malakay. No one. Understood?

Malakay knew when his Master was dangerous, he have seen Ai angry often enough to see when it was not a good moment to push a point to him. He nodded slowly, then bowed low to his Master and started towards office’s doors. At the last moment he stopped and looked back at Ai who was sitting in his large chair and slowly said.

  - What will you do when her memories will come back Ai, - he asked calmly. - I know you did something to make her immortal… She will remember you soon and you know that. And whatever you did to her, and yes I have my suspicions about it, most probably will empower her to see the real you. What are you going to do then?

  - What I did since five thousand years, Malakay, - said Death in a distant, thoughtful tone. - I will ensure the Equilibrium is respected.

Malakay stood there for the moment, dumbstruck by Aireskoi’s words. His hand tightened around the doorknob, until his knuckles showed white.
