2. Damon

You get kidnapped by vampires in order for them to get to Damon

"Y/N?"

You felt your head fall to the side as you finally began to wake up, the drugs that the people used to bring you here were clearly very strong as you struggled to move, but then you realized it was also due to the ropes that kept you securely tied to the chair.

"Y/N?" You heard your name again your mind now slightly more alert as you tried to shout, "In here." But it came out as a small whisper.

You groaned wondering where your captors were as you tried to regain your strength, tried to shout for the help that was so close but so far away.

Before you could try to call out again the door to the windowless room burst open and in came a frantic Damon who relaxed slightly when he found you.

He hissed slightly as he ripped off the ropes and gathered you in his arms. You tried to speak and warn him of the people who took you but he shook his head, "You're safe, they left, I've got you." His reassuring words relaxed you as you fell asleep in the arms of the blue-eyed vampire.

As you began to wake up once again you groaned squeezing your eyes closed tightly at the sun that peeked through into the room, you rolled over on the bed then gasped sitting up and looking around.

Damon was at your side in seconds stroking your arm and calming you down as your eyes met his.

"Hey." He whispered moving his hand to your face to stroke your cheek. Weakly, you returned his smile and lifted your hand to connect with his as he linked them together, "How are you feeling?"

You shrugged moving to lean against the frame of the bed to keep you up, "Still a bit tired, but other than that I'm fine." You answered sleepily but made sure not to fall asleep, you didn't want to fall back into the darkness of sleep so soon.

"What happened? All I remember is having a cloth to my face and then  going unconscious before waking up in a dark room." You mumbled quietly, trying to remember any details that appeared to your mind but none came.

"Those vampires in town that we were looking into, well they were coming for me. I have no idea why but it seems they knew to get you."

"Are they gone?" You hated to ask the question but you needed to know, Damon frowned shaking his head, "Kai and Klaus killed as many off as possible but a few still escaped somehow, but I promise, we'll get them."

Your brows lifted as you smiled in amusement, "You got Kai and Klaus to help you? Kai. And Klaus?" You burst into a fit of giggles as Damon huffed but then joined in on your laughter,

"Hey, I didn't like it but I needed everyone's help to search for you, the vampires had a witch to block their location but Bonnie managed to narrow it down to three places.

Everyone already split up and left for places and left me with Kai and Klaus but in the end, I'm glad, because they helped me get you, but don't get me wrong I still hate them."

He gently squeezed your hand and smiled which you returned. As you felt yourself go more awake you decided to get out of bed, "So, any ideas on how we're going to get the remaining vampires after you?"

Damon glared at the sheets on the bed as he shook his head, "Bonnie is in the middle of trying to find their location but it's a slow process."

You pulled him up and together the two of you left the room and went downstairs where you greeted everyone else. You smiled at Kai and Klaus and thanked them for helping Damon look for you.

"It was our pleasure Y/N, we would have helped to find you no matter what, and I promise these vampires will get what they deserve."

You gave Klaus a grateful smile knowing that he and the brown-haired heretic cared for you even if they didn't like to always admit it.

"So, what ideas do we have? I want to help in any way I can." You spoke avoiding Damon's eyes as his head whipped to yours in shock, "Y/N." he mumbled trying to get your attention but you ignored him as Stefan told you the plans they came up with so far, you nodded along to what everyone around you said.

"Well, I can help find them, They're after Damon so they might try to go after me again, it's not much but-"

"Actually that could-"

"No!" Damon growled cutting off Kai's thoughts as you finally gave in and glared at him, "Do you want to find the vampires or not Damon? Who's side are you on in this?"

Damon rolled his eyes, glaring at the others who surrounded the two of you before sternly gripping your shoulders, "I nearly lost you. If you want to make this about sides, I'm on whatever side keeps you alive. Can't you see that?"

You frowned staring into his eyes but still, Damon didn't give in and change his answer.

"I agree with Damon."

Everyone's heads including your own whipped around to look at Klaus who looked around meeting everyone's eyes, "They know we were able to track Y/N in some way and get her, from previous experience I know they'll make it harder if they capture her again and might even harm her to get back at us."

You sighed but nodded as your eyes stared down at the ground below. You only looked up as Damon tilted your head to meet your eyes, "We'll find another way to get rid of them, without anyone getting hurt."

After you nodded the whole team began to offer their ideas to hopefully succeed in catching or killing theses vampires for good.
