Cory's POV Cory grabbed a basket and walked to the frozen food aisle way in the back of the store. He picked up some steaks and pork chops then went to another aisle to get some Mac & Cheese. He then walked up to the checkout line where you were currently at.
"Hello, beautiful." He said as you checked out his food.
Y/n's POV "Haha... I'm a man." You rolled your eyes waiting for the typical response you always get..
"So, does that mean I still have a chance?" You almost dropped the pork chops as you looked at him. You could tell he was serious... Dead serious.
"Heh... Um, your joking right?" You asked double-checking.
"Yeah... Unless you're straight then I'm so-"
"No no no, I mean... My name's Y/n." You looked around for pen and paper and wrote something down. "Here, " You hand him said paper. "13.56 and Talk to you later." You winked at him.
He chuckled deeply, "Cory." He grabbed the paper and gave you the exact amount of change before leaving.
You watched him walked away as F/n ran over to you.
"So?"
Startled you replied, "S-so what?"
"Don't play dumb with me Y/n! Who's the lucky guy?" Boy does she love gossip?
"His name's Cory." You rolled your eyes as you put away the money.
"Cory huh... Like Cory In The House?!" You slapped their shoulder.
"Shut up you boomer." You both laugh as you walked backed to your stations.
