"Will you be my boyfriend?" There was a short silence and then Midoriya looked up at him with tears in his eyes and replied, "Yes." Midoriya then kissed Todoroki. Todoroki pulled away with a shocked look on his face. "You like me too?"
"How could I not!?"
Todoroki had a small smile on his face while he walked home hand and hand with the precious cinnamon roll, Midoriya.

~Ururaka's POV~
I walked to the common room to go make myself a small dinner when I glanced out the window and saw, "Midoriya and Todoroki holding hands?!" I squealed.

~3rd person POV~
Midoriya and Todoroki walked into the dorms still hand in hand and saw Ururaka squealing.
"She saw us." The both thought in unison.
"You guys are so cute together!
"Hehe. I guess so." Midoriya nervously said.
"No I guess! You are! I'm gonna explode! Are you guys dating?!"
"Y-Ya." Midoriya answered nervously. "Me and Todoroki are gonna go to bed, Cya tomorrow Ururaka!"
"Cya!" Replied more bubbly that usual.
Midoriya and Todoroki went to Todoroki's dorm to sleep. They changed into pj's and Todoroki and Midoriya got into bed. Todo wrapped his arms around Midoriya and whispered "I love you." Midoriya replied, "I love you too." And not to long after they fell asleep together.
~ The Next Morning (it's Saturday
btw) ~
Todoroki woke up before Midoriya and got out of bed very carefully so he wouldn't wake Midoriya. About five minutes later Midoriya woke up.
"Todo?" Midoriya called out.
...
"Todoroki are you there?"
"Ya, I'll be there in a moment."
"Okay!"
While he waited for Todoroki to finish he turned on 'Say Yes To The Dress.' He was busy watching and didn't notice Todo leave the bathroom. Todoroki slowly got on the bed behind Midoriya and rapped his arms around him.
"Eh? Oh Todoroki you're done!"
"Mhm. Is this what you like to watch?"
"Y-Ya kinda weird.."
"No it's not weird, it just what you like."
Midoriya and Todoroki stayed there and watched TV till about 8am. (They woke up at 7:15)
"Midoriya?"
"Yes Todoroki-kun?"
"We should probably get breakfast. Ururaka texted me and said she was cooking and was almost done."
"Okay let's go!"
Midoriya grabbed Todoroki's hand and ran down to the kitchen right next to the common room.
"Woah you should tell me when you're gonna do that next time."
"Sorry Todoroki-kun."
"It's fine don't sweat it."
They turn to see Ururaka silently crying in the kitchen while looking at them.
"What's wrong Ururaka?!" Midoriya said generally very concerd.
"Y-You guys a-are just so cute!"
"Oh, you had me really scared there! I thought something happened."
"Oh, here you guys go." Ururaka hands them a plate that had, scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast.
"Thanks Ururaka!" Midoriya said
Todo and Midoriya sat down next to each other and started eating when Kirishima walked down the stairs. "Hey guys! I heard you guys are dating. Are you really?"
Midoriya looked at Todoroki and whispered "Can you tell him?"
"Yes we are Kirishima."
"Here that BakuBro I told you!"
"Tch whatever."
"You're just jealous Bakugo." Todoroki said.
"What did you say icy-hot?!"
"You're just jealous."
"Why would he be jealous when he has a boyfriend?" Kirishima asked.
"I didn't tell anyone that shitty hair!"
"Oh sorry"
"Who are you dating Kacchan?"
"Shitty hair you damn nerd!"
"Aww!"
"S-Shut up!"
