Frequent Dreams

Chapter 5

All the cadets had beds in the same room and this morning speedy and bea had to construct a new bed for Jack who kept on interrupting them on their work claiming to have a new bed near penny

And they half-heartedly agreed, just so he would stop trying to ruin their work

"Sooo what do we do?" Rod asked everyone apart from Jack who kept flirting with the penguin and eventually giving him glare

Just then Jack had took hold of penny's wing and dragged her across the room, the two boys looked at the both of them in confusion while swift was looking at them with a horrified expression as penny was wearing a "help me" look on her face

The door shut ever so gently leaving the three cadets speechless on what just happened

" What was that?" Brody finally broke the silence amongst them

"I'm gonna go see what" swift bounced off rods bed and flew towards the door to the elevators

" Lovebirds " Brody said

Ground floor...

"Why are you ignoring and glaring at me?!

"What's your problem any way?"

"This, this is my problem" Jack said lifting his wing that is about to hit penny on the face, he just wanted to hurt her, feel her pain, see her sorrow even though he loved her with all his might

But just as before it was about to hit her, swift caught his hand in the right time making him yelp in surprise

"Problem Jack?" He said in a deep voice, not by intimidation but rather by annoyance and anger

He then found himself trying to escape his strong grip in his hand, and by this time it was already starting to hurt

Swift smiled in satisfaction at this and realeased his grip on him, even though he was smiling on the outside, he was boiling on the inside

*That's what you get for trying to hurt me again Jack, you don't know swift do ya?* Penny thought deep down

"Ugh, jerk" Jack finally said before heading inside

"Are you alright penny?, Did you get hurt somewhere?"

"No I'm fine, thank you for stopping him, for once..." She muttered the last prhase but unfortunately for her he heard it

Cringe ahead!!!( I think)

After hearing those last two words, he pulled her in for a hug, making blood rush to their cheeks but at the same time, like the comfort of each other

" I'm sorry you had to go through all that" swift apologized still not breaking the hug

"It's... Alright" she said accompanied with a sigh of contentment in this little moment

"Say, let's go to the lemon shack"he said finally breaking the hug

"Sure!" She chirped as they walked away from sight
