I'm woken by a noise coming from in the room. I sit up quickly and rub my eyes.

"Wake your friends out and get the fuck out of my room." Kai demands while pulling a shirt over his head. I take my time to look at his tattooed caramel skin. I hadn't notice how attractive he really is until now. The way his muscles on his back clench as he pulls his shirt down..

I bring my self to reality and push Oscar's shoulder lightly.

"Oscar." I whisper and push on him harder. His eyes flutter open and he groans. He then seems to take in the sight and where we are.

"Shit! We have to get to school!" Worry flashes over his face.

"Chill out. I made sure to wake you guys up early. It's four o'clock." Kai says and leaves the room. Oscar sighs in relief and wakes of Addison.

We slowly make our way down stairs to the kitchen where Kai and some of his guy friends sit. Kai looks up at us then looks back at his friends.

We make our way to my car and that's when I feel the alcohol hit me. I steady my self with the car door and Addison gives me a are you okay look. I nod my head and get in the car.

"That guy was weird." Addison groans and rolls down her window. He was weird.

My mind goes to last night when he had my wrist in his tight grip. It must have been because he was drunk because that was super weird.

"He's kinda hot." Oscar says. I remember him saying that last night, but I can't quite remember exactly.

My vision is still a little blurred, but enough that I can drive. I turn on the radio and began to drive. I drop off Addison first, then Oscar. When I pull up to the parking lot I see my moms car in the driveway. Great.

I slowly walk up to the door to think of a hundred things to say to her, but non of them make sense and by the time I've opened the door, I have no excuses.

"Where have you been young lady!" Mom shouts at me with her arms crossed leaning up against the counter. Her long black hair is pulled up into a pony tail with not one hair sticking out. Everything has to be perfect for her.

"I... I was at Addison's." I gulp and try to walk past her but she grabs my elbow and turns me back around.

"And you didn't bring any other clothes to sleep in?" She eyes my dress and then my messy hair. I have no idea what to say to her.

"Are you always this nosy?" I snap at her and she digs her finger nails into my skin. I keep trying to pull away but her grip only gets tighter.

"Delilah, I'm your mother I'm here to look out for you, and god, you reek of alcohol!" She finally lets me go and that's my cue to run. I turn around as fast as I can and speed walk to my room. I can hear her footsteps rushing behind me. I know she won't let me leave to go to school without a fight.

I change into jeans and a plan white t-shirt and she's still ponding on the door and screaming at me.

"Do you want me to call your father? Do you think he will be happy with your choices? Staying out all night and having your mother worried sick?" My mom whines and it almost sounds like she's crying. The mention of my father makes my mind go back to when he lived with us. I was just like him. He was out all night at the bar while my mom was here, waiting and waiting for him to come home and he never did. Not until the text day.

Before I know it, my feet are walking to the door and my hand is in the door knob. My eyes meet my mothers and I start to feel bad for her.

"I'm sorry I won't do it again." I assure her and walk past her. When I don't hear her rush after me, I sigh and wipe the tears that have fallen from my face. I didn't brush my teeth, but I can't stand to be in the same house as my mother any longer.
