Ka'lani

Growing up, going to church every weekend was a mandatory thing, unless you were on your death bed or in the hospital. Definitely, when you are the preachers daughter. I always had to live up to a certain standard. Everyone expected me to be perfect and never stray away from the right path. I always like to do things I wasn't allowed to do. Like go out and party; do drugs, drink alcohol, and the biggest of them all NO provocative clothing. My parents always told me that when boy see me dressing that way they would only want me for sex. To this day, I never willingly let any guy "get in my pants" so they say. I am waiting for the one special guy that treats me unlike any other guy.

So with the help of my best friend, I didn't do anything that would make me end up dead or in jail. He was always there to make sure that I was protected at all times. I remember when I was little Daddy always told me that angels always looked over me. they were there to protect me and guide me in the right direction. That's when u believe that my best friend was my guardian angel.

But in October 2012 he left me without saying goodbye or telling me that he was leaving. That's when everything in my life went downhill. I wasn't myself anymore.

One night, something horrible happened and it will be the night i will never forget. My guardian angel wasn't there to protect me. Sometimes I wish it never happened.
