Murky Waters

"Then please explain to us who exactly you are, because before any more weird shit happens today we deserve to know," Fara said to Brutus. He stopped turning on stuff and sat down and began to explain. "My name isn't Brutus, it's Aiden, Aiden Jol, I am from another world, a world is known as earth, well it was earth until it was destroyed... but that's not important, I am originally from a secret society known as the Fhore, the Fhore were explorers and creators of dimensions, they were powerful like no others, and this here used to one of there spaces for experiments, on creating their traveling system known as portals which are glowing vortexes that can send you anywhere you wish to go," he replied. "That sounds a lot like The One, were they connected?" I asked. Aiden froze. "You know of The One?" he asked. I showed him the palm of my hand. The decagram was glowing red like a flaming ring. Aiden knew what it meant and seemed to be very shocked. "What the hell is that thing?" Fara asked. "The decagram of power, it is the symbol of a legendary person, and whoever has it is related to him," Aiden replied. I put my hand down. "I don't have any more time, I must get to the Trout facility," I said, I had enough of running around. "Why would anyone wanna go there? that place has been closed for a long time, almost a decade," Aiden remarked. "I am looking for someone, and I think she might be there, she can help destroy AA once and for all, and I can get justice for them ruining my life," I replied. "What happened to you?" he asked. "When I was eight years old, I was sent to a facility to be cared for because my parents were not able to because of my powers, but they did not know that AA would be testing on me and brainwashing me, so I want to destroy them all and get justice, not only for me but for everyone they have killed," I replied. "Well today's your lucky day, I got a teleporter here that can send you there!" Aiden announced turning on some machine that had a seat and a tube that went over it. I walked over to the seat and sat down. Aiden began pressing some buttons. Fara walked up to me and handed me the Shark Blaster: "Here, take this just in case, you might need it if you run into any problems". "Here take this device, it'll send you back whenever you are ready to return, also it can contact us back here as well," Aiden said as he handed me a small tile shaped device with a blue button and speaker on it . He closed the tube over me and then everything began to shift and soon it was all black. "If anything happens to that kid I'll kill you," Fara said to Aiden. "Don't worry, I have used it many times and believe me it does" 

After a moment I opened my eyes. I was in a dark room, the only light was coming from a broken window. "I must be here," I said aloud and began to walk to a door. I opened it and stepped into a big hall. The Trout facility looked similar to the Caeser. They both looked old and ruined. I walked until I found a power room. Hoping that this place still had power. I started up a generator and thankfully it did!. I made my way down the hall until I came to a map on the wall. apparently this facility was split up into two sepreat buildings. I was in the south building, so I needed to find the exit and head to the north building. As I headed towards the exit I saw a room that was an office of some kind. I had a gut feeling to look inside. I walked in and saw a desk and an old computer on it. I sat down and turned it on. The last thing viewed on it were video files. I scrolled through them and looked for the date of when Belladonna came to this place, which I assumed it had to have been the day after she broke out. I found the date 6.20.2070 and clicked on it. The video started and a man with long grey hair appeared on screen. "Hello this is Doctor Marc Flenn, today I have important knews I want to address in today's video log. We have a new project to be working on, PT:696, her name is Belladonna or most people call her just Bella, they believe she is some kind of supernatural being, of course I have my doubts but I will see very soon once she and Dr.Holly show up tonight. Apparently she almost escaped The Caeser Facility, can you believe it, and they said that it couldn't be broken out of, anyways we will be keeping her in the new cell we made that is impossible to escape, it is located in the lake but we have a built in window in one of our labs that can view inside the lake and can watch over the it. Well I shouldn't call it a cell at all, its an open tube with chairs to hold the the patient in while we watch over them. We will be testing their brain with a device that'll be hungover them that'll scan their head every hour and see how this water is effecting them and also be able to see what they are thinking. I will update very soon and give feed back on this project."

I searched for the next video, it was weird that he did not do any more videos until a week later. I clicked on one and played it. The video showed him again although he looked very distressed. "I was not able to record anything recently because there's a big problem. Ever since PT:696 showed up here everything has gone to hell. Our test subjects and patients are becoming insane, and sick, our workers too are losing their minds, some have even started to uncontrollably scream until their voices give out and their eyes start bleeding. And something else strange, we have been doing a lot of mind scans on PT: 696. we keep seeing weird and random things, like places like churches, islands and other weird places, we even saw an old farmhouse, and a lot of unknown people, we don't know what she is thinking about. We also saw this canyon that had blue and red smoke coming out of it, its so weird we do not understand at all. And as she is floating in the water with that weird robotic cyclops eye she always stares down, and never looks up, like she does not even know we are there. But none of this stuff matters anymore. We are leaving it ALL behind, every last thing, the facility is falling apart, I forgot to mention that we are experiencing vibrations that is causing us to lose power a lot. So we are leaving everything, all patients and test subjects are being moved to The Razorback Tech Station in Steinhurn and we are leaving Bella here to die. I wish Dr. Holly never brought Bella here, I know there's something inside her that's not human causing this. Dr Holly was found drowned inside the lake last night, we don't know why she got inside it. but whatever I have no time left to deal with this. The sooner we get to The Razorback the better!".

The video stopped. I had learned enough. I got up and walked outside and began to walk up a hill. This facility was in a forest as well like The Caeser. I made it up the hill and followed a small path through the forest that lead me to a clearing. I saw the lake, and another big building which was the north side of it. The lake though, it was the same one I saw in my visions and those pictures on the walls. I saw the dock, but there was something there I did not see before, It was a crane that had a chair attached to it. I walked down to the building and went inside in search of the lab with the window viewing the inside of the lake. The power from the south side had powered up the north side as well. The whole time I walked I felt like to there I had a small ringing in my ear, it sounded like the one I get before I am spoken to that voice, but there's no voice coming through this time. I kept walking and as I did I saw one of those black bugs it buzzed around my head and flew down the hall, it had a black and purple glowing aura around it, I assumed I was supposed to follow it, which of course I did. I walked down the hall and saw it land on a door that had was locked. I closed my eyes and placed my hand on the door, it unlocked and opened slowly. I walked inside and turned on a flight switch. It was the lab, and the window was there. The water was a dark and murky green, I could not see a thing. I looked around the door and saw a table by the window that had a lot of levers and controls on it. I looked over and saw screen that had lot of charts on it and technical things. As I looked over them I noticed one that read: "Subject status: alive and in hibernation". "She's alive?" I said to myself, I surely did not know what to think, for being in there for nine years, I did not think she could be still alive. I saw the bug land on the controls. I walked over to it and saw a button that read "subject release". I pressed it and an alarm went off as well as loud metal screeching sounds and the sound of something coming up. I saw the bug fly up to a ladder that lead to a hatch. I climbed up and opened the hatch.

It lead me ontop of the building here a platform was. I walked down some stairs and went to the shore of the lake. The chrane that was moving had stopped. I then saw ripples in the water. A pale hand reached out of the water. Then I saw a red glowing light from her mask covered by long black muddy hair was covered some of it. Soon I could see it was a person, and I knew who, this was Bella. She floated up to shallow water and began to walk slowly towards me, she walked very strangely because it had been so long since she had walked. "So you are the one who has freed from that prison," she said, her voice sounded distorted and similar to when you hear a sound from underwater. "Yes, yes I have freed you, I need your help, we must destroy Alpha Advancments and-" I was interrupted I felt a sharp pain in my head the closer she got to me. "Ah yes, I can feel that you long for revenge, of course you do, you always have Atlas," she said as she walked around me inspecting me. She was much taller than I thought, I was 5'8 she must have been at least six feet fall. "How do you know my name?" I asked stepping away a few feet. She held up her right hand and faced the top of it towards me. On it was a glowing dark purple decagram. "Beause, I am your sister, Atlas, I am Bella Ghost".
