Chapter 12:No Safe Haven

Yuji grunts in pain as he was thrown against the cave's wall. He slid down to the ground as pain pulsated in every inch of his body. He spit out small amount of blood, and suddenly a flash of his Aura ran across his body,   making him cry out in pain. Issac throws his Weapon at his side, impaling itself on the ground.

Issac:"Get up... Giving up already? How disappointing."

Triggered by his menacing words, Yuji immediately grab hid Weapon bedside him and slowly stand back up. He raised his Katana at, Issac as he glared and growls at him in anger, as his eyes glowing intensely.

Yuki:"Not even... Close."

Issac inhales a large amount of air, and happily growls a single word.

Issac:"Good."

With that, he immediately zigzags his way towards, Yuji. Trying to catch him off-balance, Yuji were able to block his first strike that was aimed towards his side and his second strike that was aimed at, Yuji's head as well, and quickly countered with a swift slash at his abdomen.

He quickly strikes back by sweeping, Yuji off his feet and kicks him on his stomach hard, sending him crashing against the wall again.

Yuji was almost as his limit, not being to use his Aura was already too critical for him to get up again and fight back.  He tried to turn his arm into a Grimm, but he was to drained that even the ice barriers on the exits melted.

He watched as, Issac slowly advances his way towards him, his hooked blades held at the ready for the final killing blow. Yuji closed his eyes, accepting his inevitable fate. But then he heard a voice that he was not familiar with.

Hugo:"Keep away from the boy, Issac!"

Yuji instantly open his eyes and see, Hugo swinging a Crimson Knight, Issac jumps back to evade the attack as, Hugo stands guard in front of him and, Issac starts fighting the famed "Crimson Knight" instead.

But in a matter of minutes of slashing,and evading and blocking each other's attack, Hugo clearly had the upper hand. Hugo lands a downward strike which, Issac dodge away, and aggressively swipes at, Issac forcing him to step back away from the sword and eventually block another slash, as well locking their blades.

Issac :"Well hello, Hugo. Long time no see, how's life been? How's the wife and kids?"

Hugo just glared at him.

Hugo:"You have no right to ask me that?"

Yuki slowly stood up to his knee to join I'm despite his injurys. He was about to lunge himself in towards them when they suddenly, heard a loud screech. Issac turns his head towards where the sound came from before kicking, Hugo back and exits the cave. Hugo chases after him and watch as eh speeds through the trees towards Kuroyuri.

With a groan of pain, Yuji finally stood up in his feet and limped his way towards, Hugo.

Yuji:"Where'd... He go?"

Hugo:"He fled... To Kuroyuri?"

Yuki then suddenly remembered that, Ruby and the others are still there flighting for their lives at the creature that, Issac had sent to fight and with, Issac.

Yuji "We need to go there! Now!"

Hugo:"Okay. But you're not in shape to even walk five meters of the cave. Here. Let me."
