There is a lot of discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community, as well as Transgender people.
If you don't know what Transgender is, i'm here to help you! Someone who is Transgender, has a gender identity that is not their assigned sex from birth.
You may see the terms "ftm" or "mtf".
The term "ftm", or female to male is used to describe someone who was born as a female, but has transitioned to a male as that is the gender they identity with.
The term "mtf", or male to female is just the exact opposite. Someone who was born as a male, and transitioned to a female as that is the gender they idenity with.
