Chapter 3: Being Accepted

Bagheera and Amelia finally made their way to peace rock. Amelia then stops to look at it before going any closer. Bagheera also stops right next to her.

Amelia: "Woah, what is this place?"

Bagheera: "Peace rock. This is where the wolves live."

Amelia: "It's so out in the open."

Baloo: "Hey, Bagheera."

Amelia and Bagheera turned to see Baloo still in that tree.

Baloo: "Who's that?"

Bagheera: "Well, as of now, I don't really know her name yet. Or where she came from."

Baloo: "What? How's that possible?"

Bagheera: "Well, she can't remember. I found her by the river where I first saw you and Mowgli together. I don't know how she got there, but I think she might have hit her head somewhere and lost her memory. I was hoping I could find some way to help her, but I'm not sure."

Baloo: "Oh, this seems tough."

Amelia: "What's your name, uh..bear?"

Baloo: "Mh? Oh, my name's Baloo."

Amelia: "That's a really nice name."

Baloo: "Thanks, I'm sure you're name is just as nice. Once we find out what it is."

Bagheera: "Come on, I want you to meet the wolf leader."

Amelia: "What should I say? I don't even know my name."

Bagheera: "I'll do most of the talking, you just follow my lead."

Amelia: "Okay."

Baloo: "Good luck."

The two panthers make their way to the leader of the pack. Once getting their they could see Mowgli sitting with the leader, Raksha.

Bagheera: "Hello there, Raksha."

Raksha: "Hello, Bagheera. Nice to see you again."

Mowgli: "Hey, Bagheera."

Raksha: "Who's this?"

Amelia takes a few steps back behind Bagheera.

Bagheera: "Oh, well, I don't know her name exactly. I found her with half of her body in the river unconscious. She said her head hurt earlier, so that made me think she might have hit her head on something. She seem to have lost her memory. I was hoping I could help her."

Raksha: "Oh, I see. Well, I'm not sure if we can help her."

Amelia: "I-it's okay if you can't. I would hate to be a burden, I'll just go."

As Amelia turns around and walks away, Raksha's voice stops her.

Raksha: "But that doesn't mean you can't stay here in the jungle. It would be nice to have another panther around."

Amelia turns her head to look at her.

Amelia: "Really?"

Raksha: "Absolutely. All you have to do is follow the law of the jungle and you'll be fine."

Amelia: "The law of the jungle?"

Bagheera: "I'll take it upon myself to teach it to her, if that's alright."

Raksha: "Absolutely."

Amelia: "Oh, I don't know what to say. Thank you."

Raksha: "No problem."
