Have you heard Upper East Siders? Burlesque is all the rage again and sometimes a little raging is exactly what you need.
Hope is sitting down at a Burlesque bourbon on one hand but she's more focused on the person in front of her.
She's dancing on the stage putting the zipper of her dress off and then it falls to the ground.
Hope is mesmerized she even stands up to filling enjoy the view.
The girl even dances seductively her back turned swaying her hips.
And as always Hope's aiming to be ahead of the curves.
"Who's that's girl?" One of the burlesque girls asks her.
"I have no idea." Hope says still mesmerized.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves.
2 days earlier:
Hope had called Josie for some advice that she needed on a little plan she had and that is were they currently where.
"You want your dad to invest in a strip joint? How midtown." Josie tells her.
"A burlesque club a respectable place where people can be transported to another time. Where they can feel free to let loose. No judgment pure escape what happens at Victrola stays at Victrola." Hope tells Josie happily.
"Well, it does have franchise potential. Hope Mikaelson I do believe all your years of underage boozing and womanizing have finally paid off." Josie says with a chuckle looking at Hope.
"Truly, I am proud." Josie says still happily and it makes Hope happy.
"And you are my toughest critic, well second toughest." Hope says with a chuckle.
And she does mean that for some reason she's always cared about Josie's opinion when she didn't care about anyone else's but Josie's was just different.
"So, do you think your father will go for it?" Josie asks.
"It is exactly the kind of innovative thinking upon which is the Mikaelson empire was built. It is the perfect thing. I've been waiting for this." Hope tells her showing her the news article.
Josie nods.
"We are so late are you coming?" She tells her and Hope shakes her head.
"Gotta pitch it to Derek." She tells her referring to her father.
Josie nods and then walks away.
"Victory party here tomorrow." Hope tells her loudly.
"I wouldn't miss it." Josie tells her still walking.
"I'll send a car." Hope says.
"Don't be nervous he's gonna love it." Josie says one more time before leaving.
