Night Out of Town (kakashixreader story)

The Mission

When I get home from stopping the bandits I immediately slouch on the couch while throwing off my mask. I dig my hands into my pockets for my phone and see I got new notifications while I was gone. "Ooo a message from TenTen lets see what it is" TenTen is my bestfriend of course. We've been friends since Anbu training and to be honest, if she wasn't there I probably wouldn't be in Anbu now since she always pushed me to do better.

I open the message and read it. "Soooo y/n, are you and Kakashi a thing now?!?!" Wait WHAT how did she know I was on a date- hmm OH Rock Lee was there at Ichiraku Ramen but I didn't know he would snitch like that on me like that. Oh yeah, Ten ten and Lee are dating now and it was all because I'm such a fabulous matchmaker. TenTen has always bugged me for being single ever since I got her and Lee a thing which was about 3 months ago. It was pretty hard though since Lee was simping after Sakura and Sakura was simping after Sasuke.

"Umm yeah I guess so but we really haven't talked it over because I had a mission" Now lets see who else sent me a message.. nobody? Dang not even from Kakashi that sucks. I pick up my phone and walk to my room to see the bag filled with clothes for my mission I have tomorrow. Ughh I forgot about it, whatever I should eat and go to bed. After I finish dinner I hop into bed and fall asleep.

the next day~

*yawn* I pick up my phone for the time and sees I SEE ITS 6:50 I NEED TO GET AT THE GATE BY 7! I fall out of bed trying to get out of the covers- ouch. I get dressed, brush my teeth, and quickly brush my hair before leaving. When I get there I see its 6:59 and everyone is already there for the mission. Oh right- we have to escort builders to the hidden sand village. Now the catch is that they're being hunted so there will be enemies on the trail.

As we start walking along the trail we have on our map I realize I didn't have any breakfast. Ah shoot the other members are going to think I'm incompetent. I guess I'll just wait till we go to an inn. That's when my stomach growled and everyone heard. They all look back at me but at least everyone has on an anbu mask so for the most part they can't exactly see who I am.

We walk for a few more hours and that's when we decide to go to an inn. I quickly put down my stuff in a room and run to the dining area to eat. I may have eaten too much but at least I'm getting payed for this mission. I pay for the food and go back to my room. Ugh I forgot I was being paired up with someone so they're most likely in the room.

I stand correct, they're on the bed reading the weird icha icha book. Wait- the only person that I know that reads icha icha is... haha icha icha is a famous book so there's no way. I flop on the bed hoping I would get some sleep. "Don't go to bed yet, we still have to talk about our plans with the rest of the group" I groan and sit back up. "When are we going to talk about our plans?" The more I look at my teammate I can see under his hood and he has the same silver hair as Kakashi, but if we're going to be honest I could be imaging things?? No, that's not it. This is most definitely Kakashi.. "The meeting will be in 30 minutes"

I take a quick shower, brush my hair, and get dressed. Looking in the mirror I can see a few faded love bites from Kakashi. Since they're mostly faded I put my hair in a ponytail. When I walked out "Kakashi" was still on the bed reading icha icha. I sat back down on the back next to "Kakashi" and noticed he was glancing at me. "So.. when's the meeting?" "oh- u- umm we can go now" He puts down his icha icha book in a hurry.

We walk in the room with the other anbu members and discuss our plans when we get attacked.  There was about 3 other people there already discussing the plan. "Sit down" says one of the other anbu members. I swear everyone in the anbu has some sort of stick up their ass. Like why so serious? Then again, Kakashi is reading some explicit stories in the middle of a mission so...

I realized that somebody was missing from the meeting. "Uhh where's the last person?" The last Anbu member on our team finally comes to the meeting 3 minutes late. "Wow speak of the devil.." Kakashi says "You're late, next time be on time. But, now that everyone is here we can start talking."

After we're done planning we walk back to our assigned rooms. I fix my ponytail and flop down on the bed. I glance at my teammate as they sit on the bed and notice their hood is down so I can see his hair. Yep it's Kakashi alright. And I'm pretty sure Kakashi isn't an idiot and knows I'm the same girl he wanted to fuck last night. 

I watch him stand up and go to his bag and let me guess... Yup, there he goes again, Pulling out his dumb book. Why is he so obsessed with this book anyways? As if its special because I know Kakashi isn't a book worm or anything like that. He puts down his book and goes to the bathroom. Hmm... Should I take his book? I mean I'm JUST going to take a peak. He wouldn't even notice, I hope.

I quickly snatch his book from the bed. "Icha Icha Paradise" huh, doesn't that mean Makeout paradise? I flip to the page he was on and starts to read the sentence. "As I quickly slam into he-" HAHA THATS ENOUGH. Honestly, I don't know what to think. Who would've known Kakashi is into that kind of stuff. 

While I'm just sitting there with the book in my hands astonished, Kakashi walks out the bathroom and just stares at me.

- Haha sorry for that 3 month wait but at least I was able to fit a chapter into my schedule. Hopefully next chapter will be this week too. Make sure to vote!
