SANA KHAN
Bidding farewell to mum, dad and I left to my café. The ride was fun and amazing as dad and I spoke about various things.
Reaching the café, dad came in to drink a cup of coffee and then he left to office.
I fetched my apron and started my today's work. Today it was only me in the café. Natalie and Mark had some other work to do so I gave them the day off.
Today was a very busy day. Many customers came and I had loads of orders to complete.
____________It was 9'in the night when suddenly I felt something burning. I stopped my work and looked around to see what was the smell. I didn't find anything so I continued my work.
I worked more when the smell increased. I turned around and was more than shock to see fire everywhere. I screamed for help but no one came.
I tried to escape, but everything was falling and it was excessively hot in the café. I tried to run in various directions but I couldn't get out.
I started to panic and tears were non stop. I screamed and screamed when suddenly I felt dizzy and fell on the floor. Everything went blank!
THE END
(Ok No!)
Machines running, voices all over, and that's all I could hear. I tried to open my eyes but couldn't.
FIVE HOURS LATER
ARHAAN KHAN
I held onto her hand and cried. I didn't want to loose her. I begged her to open her eyes but she wasn't opening it.
FLASHBACK START
I was in my office around seven in the night going through some last minute files. I looked at the time and realized Sana hadn't called me today and it was so late.
I called her and her phone was unreachable. I turned on the camera of the café in my phone and saw that she was busy making something. I figured her phone was somewhere far from her.
Suddenly, on one of the cameras I saw a man roaming around looking into her café. I found this suspicious as no one really does this.
It was getting late so I decided to go to her as she was alone in the café. I packed away my stuff and headed into my car.
The damn traffic didn't allow me to get there earlier. I spent two and a half hours in the traffic and I was more than frustrated. I felt uneasy. I felt I was going to loose something.
I drifted my thoughts to something else trying my best to ignore the gut feelings.
I had my eyes closed, resting my head on the back of the seat waiting to move forward when my phone rang.
It was an unknown number. I answered the call and what the person said had the floor sweep from beneath my feet.
"Sir, your wife's café has burnt terribly and she's inside of the café"
I couldn't think straight and tried my best to get through this traffic. Tears were rolling down my cheeks profusely. I wasn't able to think. My mind was just wondering about Sana.
