A new friend? (Part 1)

1st P.O.V

I was opening slowly my eyes. Then I noticed I was back in the herd's cave. At first I thought it was a dream about harming the animals in the village. Then I noticed I had cuts and bruises on my body. I began to wonder why how I got them.

Then I remembered, I was engaged in a fight with Orlando. I looked at my body to make sure is not a wolf. Which I was glad I wasn't. Then I turned my head sideways and saw Orlando laying on the ground. He was also a human, but he was unconscious. I also saw Diego laying on the floor, but next to him was Shira and Crystal.

Then I saw the herd coming in the cave. Their expression was worried faces.

I asked, "What happened?"

Manny spoke, "Is the worst that could happen to our friends."

"Did somebody hurt us?" I was pretended that something bad happened.

Julian spoke, "It was night time when everybody was asleep, then we heard loud howling..."

After hearing their story I pretended that was unexpected.

Granny asked me, "Where were you kid when we need help?!"

Then everybody looked at me like something need to be explained when Orlando and I weren't there to protect them.

I spoke, "When we heard the howling we went to check it out. We when we were in the woods something attacked us. We couldn't see what was it attacking us. The only thing I remembered it had claws and fangs."

Eddie and Crash, "We thought you guys died!"

I asked them, "How did you all us?" Hoping they didn't saw us as a wolf.

Manny spoke, "We found you two laying on the ground. We also saw blood on the ground. We saw tracks of wolves but they disappeared in the air."

After hearing what they said I was glad they didn't saw us as a wolf.

Then I heard Orlando waking up. Then he realized he was in the herd's cave.

He asked, "How I got here?"

Sid spoke, "We brought you here from the woods."

"Oh."

Then I asked, "How is Diego?"

Ellie spoke, "Diego is okay, but he needs rest to recover."

I felt bad for hurting Diego, but I was controlled by my instincts.

Then Shira spoke angrily, "I want to take revenge on the wolves for hurting my boyfriend!"

Ellie spoke, "All at it time, Shira."

Then after a while everyone was calm down. After the incident happened. As the herd left for a walk leaving us behind with Diego, so we can recover.

After laying on the ground for an half hour, I decided to go outside. When I walked outside, I heard Orlando behind me.

"Hey, Alex."

"Hey, Orlando you're up."

"Yup, I'm sorry that I hurt you."

"I  know Orlando. We were being controlled by our instincts."

"By the way, I'm feeling quite hungry. Are you hungry, Alex?"

I responded, "Actually I am."

"Well, I look for food."

I asked, "Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'm sure and don't worry I will take my weapons with me."

"Okay."

3rd P.O.V

As Orlando was looking for food, so they can eat. As he was walking then he saw some fruits. He began to pick the fruits.

By the corner of his eye, he saw someone in the bushes. Orlando took out his twin swords. Orlando began walking slowly at the person.

Then the person came out attacking, Orlando.  Orlando dodge the hit and saw the person had a double axe. They began fight intensely. Every time the person would strike, Orlando would dodge.

Then Orlando knocked out the person's weapon. Then person tackled, Orlando. They began rolling on the ground. The person took out a knife tried to stab Orlando on the face, but Orlando grabbed person's hand stopping him from stabbing his face.

As they were struggling to win. Orlando headbutted the person. Making Orlando grab his sword, ready to stab the person.

The person spoke, "Wait!"

Orlando was confused what the person wants and Orlando realize it was a boy.

Orlando asked, "What do you want."

"Well, I was looking for you and your friend."

Orlando asked confused, "Me and my friend?"

"Yeah."

"What's about us?"

"Here." Handling a piece of paper to Orlando.

It read: Help two people that have weapons and armor.

Orlando spoke in realization, "Oh, I see."

The boy spoke, "That why I'm here."

Orlando asked the boy, "What your name?"

The boy answered, "My name is Tito, and whats your name?"

"My name is Orlando."

They began to have a conversation about how they ended in the Ice age dimension.

Orlando spoke, "So, Tito. Would you like to know my other friend, his name is Alexander or you can call him Alex for short."

Tito responded, "Sure, why not."
