"Looks like I might need to change your bandages if that's the case. Pain like that doesn't go away easily, and the painkillers from the IV are most likely already wearing off." Sci said and Nightmare gently picked Radiant up, carrying the tinee in his arms. Both Nightmare and Sci proceeding to go to the medical room of the mansion to replace Radiant's bandages. Might as well make it Radiant's healing room so they wouldn't risk getting caught by the artist and the original Positivity Guardian.

"There, done." Sci spoke as he finished hooking up Radiant to the machines that will be supporting him. "How are you feeling?" Nightmare asked and Radiant then felt the sheets. "S-Still hurting..." Radiant muttered softly and Sci sighed. "It takes a while for the medication to kick in. Sorry kid. Why don't you try and sleep for a bit?" Sci suggested and Radiant slowly nodded. "I'll... I'll try...l Radiant muttered while Nightmare then sat down on the bed. "I'll stay here with you. Don't worry, I'll chase the bad dreams away." Nightmare spoke and Radiant slowly nodded. He then crawled towards Nightmare and slowly laid his head on Nightmare's lap. Nightmare then began to gently rub Radiant's skull to help calm the little kid while Sci then removed the bandages around Radiant to check on it. "Looks like the wound isn't as irritated like before now." Sci said softly and Nightmare nodded. "That's good." Nightmare muttered, looking down at the smol looking version of his brother and frowning at how huge the crack on his skull is. The kid didn't deserved this... Sure he also has a hole in his skull, but Radiant's was much worse, literally taking his ability to see. Sci began to rummage around the drawers for a bandage to replace it when Nightmare felt the little one finally drift off.
He then moved to set the little one on the bed and stood up when Sci walked over to him. "We don't have any healing bandages in here." Sci spoke and Nightmare sighed a bit. "Figures, me and the bots haven't done a supply run yet so the bandages would be minimim. But if I remember correctly, there should be some in the one of the bathrooms. C'mon." Nightmare spoke and the two left the room. "Lets be quick then, I don't want the kid's wound to irritate even further." Sci said and Nightmare nodded. The two then leaving the room to go find a roll of bandages or a first aid kit.
Little did they know, that a visitor had came into the room once they were a bit further from the area. Well, Nightmare felt it and grew a bit concerned, but he just shrugs it off as probably one of his boys or a neutral with the slightly familiar aura.

"Finally found one." Sci groaned, slightly angered at the fact that they had ran out in one of the closest ones and Nightmare simply shrugged. "We have like, three bathrooms here, not including the bathrooms attached to the rooms. So it was already obvious that finding a roll that has some healing properties in it would be hard." "It took us thirty damn minutes!" Sci hissed at Nightmare before pouting. The goopy being just sighed. "Look, the important thing we need to look at now is the fact that we have the bandage roll. Let's go and teleport back to Radiant before he wakes up." Nightmare said, the two teleporting back to the room and Nightmare blinked a bit, looking around the room and then his eyelights landed on the pair of boots that had appeared. "Something the matter?" Sci asked, gently wrapping the bandages around Radiant's eyes.
"These boots weren't here before." Nightmare spoke, gently picking up the pair of boots and Sci blinked in surprise. "You're right... Maybe one of the sanses left it there?" "Impossible, these shoe size is clearly for someone small, like Radiant's." Nightmare spoke and Sci took a close look. "Right right, sorry, I couldn't really see it clearly from here... Though I'm a bit baffled, The edges of Radiant's cracks had smoothened a bit." Sci spoke and Nightmare checked the boots, flipping it and feeling the magic's intent. "The magic that was used to put this here, or possibly even make this don't have ill intent towards Radiant, but it's better to be safe than sorry." Nightmare hummed in thought. "Sci, check these boots and see if they're safe. I dont want Radiant to have to experience anymore problems if this ends up something bad for the kid." Nightmare instructed and Sci nodded, smiling a but. "Alright." Sci said, gently stroking Radiant's skull since he was done with the bandaging. He then took the pair of boots. "Oh yeah, if you can, call anyone here to stay with Radiant, just in case someone snuck into the room again." Nightmare demanded and Sci nodded, quickly opening a portal and leaving to his office in his own AU.
Nightmare just sighed softly and sat down on the couch in the room and stared at the monitor by Radiant's side, Nightmare's tendrils twitching lightly as he went deep into thoughts.
After a bit, Blue had walked in through the door. "You called?" "Yeah, Can you guard Radiant for the night? I need to check around the mansion, just in case. I'll also need to see this AU's coding for any other disturbances." Nightmare spoke and Blue nodded. "You got it boss!" Blue chirped and Nightmare blinked lightly. "Stop calling me boss when we're alone Blue." Nightmare sighed in a clearly exaggerated annoyed tone while Blue giggled.
Nightmare then proceeds to leave the room while Blue then went to sit next to Radiant, carding a hand through Radiant's skull and smiling when he saw Radiant relax more. Unbeknownst to the skeleton, a shadowy transparent figure appeared besides Radiant, seemingly looking panicked until the figure saw Radiant, quickly calming down and then circling around him.
"At last... I found you Brother... Heh... Looks like the promise isn't broken after all."
The figure was a ghostly apparition, all transparent with his legs fading off, as well as some parts of his body having melted off and floating around him. A golden crown with the engravings of his moon symbol sitting on his broken skull while pieces of broken odf bone parts floated around him. Wearing a set of purple and dark clothing with hints of silver and moss green.
The figure looked up as he watched Blue pace around before gently placing a hand on Radiant's bandaged skull. "I'm really sorry for leaving you longer than needed to be brother... But now, I'll be here for you, until the end of time." The figure whispered softly and gave the skull a small kiss. "For now though, I'll see if the environment around you is safe, I'll be back." The figure whispered softly and then phased through the wall to explore the castle that Radiant would be staying in.
Blue glanced at the smol and then walked over and grabbed a chair, setting it down besides the bed and sitting and began to gently pet Radiant. "Poor kid... He didn't have to suffer at such a young age." Blue said before frowning lightly. "Why must the world be so cruel?" Blue muttered to himself in annoyance before leaning back and sighing lightly before staring at the window. Giving a determined look. "No worries though little guy, I'll make sure that you'll stay safe with us...!" Blue grinned to himself. "Even if I have to go to extreme measures." Blue muttered, his grin turning to a confident smile while he gently rubbed a hand across the soft powder blue eyepatch on his right eye and then glanced back down at Radiant. "I'll make sure of it."

I feel like I'm rushing too fast, but then again, this story was meant to have a lot of time skips and uh, character introduction :')
This story is gonna be a big big mess, since I'll be putting my headcannons and own versions of the characters to build this story.
