1)play dumb games with them (play tag or hide & seek or use a blindfold to look for them and "accidentally" "hit" yourself in things.

3)tickle them
4)Read them a childish book
5)watch a comedy or disney movie
6)Spin them around
7)Don't let them use a smartphone or tablet or any other stupid useless things that smash their brains and eyes with stupid games like Clash of Clans!Do something educative!
8)Dance on weird songs (ex.Gangnam Style or What Does The Fox Say)with them
9)jumpscare (yep,it's funny to see them jumping and screaming)
10)Play "Just Dance" and "accidentally" dance wrong or hit (not hard) them
BONUS!
11)tell them a creepypasta story (ex.Slender Man or BEN Drowned;BEN Drowned is good because it can stop them from being addicted to their PlayStatio,X-Box or Nintendo)
