"Let go of me!"I hissed,shooting V a death glare. V was my boyfriend of 1 year and I had caught him kissing a stranger.
"Let me explain! I know you're angry but just let me explain. Please,"he pleaded,desparate.
"There's nothing to explain. It was crystal clear. You were cheating on me with that girl. I will never believe you again."I said as a tear slid down my cheeks. I felt betrayed;I had trusted him so much.
V cupped my cheeks and used his thumb to wipe my tears away.
"Don't cry,"he whispered,his gaze on me softening.
"Don't touch me,"I spat and flung his arm away,before walking away in a huff.
I didn't know where I was going. I just wanted to get away from Kim Taehyung. The further the better.
I reached a park and it started drizzling. I looked around to find a shelter and the only figure I saw was V's.
"Quit following me and I mean it,"I said before turning around and walking away again. But all I heard was the shuffling of feet.
I turned around to warn him again. To my surprise,he was only inches away from me.
He leaned closer.
"W...what....what do you want?"I said,still angry.
We stared into each other's eyes for moments that seemed like years. We were so engrossed that we were oblivious to the drizzle that had turned into rain.
I was about to open my mouth to repeat my sentence but V's lips crashed into mine.
My eyes widened and I struggled to push him away but his hand was on my head and he was far too strong for a weak person like me.
I eventually gave up and kissed him back. My arms were draped around his neck and his arms were wrapped around my waist.
We finally broke away when we were out of breath. Our foreheads leaned against each other,our noses brushed against one another as we panted and there was a confortable silence.
"Now,will you let me explain?"V said,looking into my eyes.
I broke away from him.
"You have 5 minutes."
"That girl....she was my first love but we broke up and I have absolutely no more feelings for her. NOTHING AT ALL. But today,she asked me out saying that she had a problem but she was a big fat liar. She forcefully kissed me and refused to let go and then,you saw it."he explained,looking at me with sincerity.
"I know I was stupid to believe her. But please trust me. It'll never happen again. _______ ,I love you and you know I do. Please forgive me."
I broke into a smile and enveloped him in a tight hug.
"Of course I will. And I'm sorry I didn't hear your explanation first."
V hugged me back.
"Then,shall we go find some shelter because we're drenched and....you're wearing a white shirt."he said shyly,blushing.
I looked them and immediately covered myself with my arms. V chuckled and took off his jacket before draping it over me.
"Kaja!"he said as we looked for some shelter.
