Today Music Room 3 was completely remodeled to resemble a tropical paradise, and the boys and I were all dressed to match. My outfit was incredibly simple, a cream top with no sleeves and high neckline, a long beige skirt tied with a light red rope as a belt, and a sash to complete.

I decided to help serve the guests on this particular day, since music was likely to be drowned out by the many other, more natural tropical-esque sounds. I came in holding my tray of drinks and placed them in the stand Haruhi and Kyoya were in front of, just in time to watch the twins do their famous brotherly love act.

"The guests seem to be more worked up than they usually are." Haruhi says, an air of annoyance in her words, which I could definitely understand.

"Showing some skin proves popular with the ladies." Kyoya replies, continuing his serene note taking and data analysis. He slyly tells her of how he was able to convince Tamaki that the tropical paradise theme was surely a good decision for business, to which Haruhi is obviously shook by. Kyoya definitely has an influence.

I'm continuing to serve food and drinks and I see Honey and Mori, doing as they usually did, when Haruhi approached me.

"How do you deal with this (Y/N)-senpai? It's a total sensory overload if you ask me."

I laugh at the comment. "I completely understand, you must not have things like this happen to you a lot." I quickly realize that the line itself may have been rude and taken out of context as an attack towards the fact that she's poor. Luckily, Haruhi isn't overly sensitive.

"Definitely not, it's absurd to say the least."

I give an empathetic smile in response, when I see Kyoya motioning towards a group of girls. "I think you have some guests Haruhi." She looks back quickly and excuses herself before running over to the table.

Activities go as they usually do and once it's over everything is placed back into the prep room. We all gather around the table to discuss the coming party. I'd somewhat checked out of the conversation, not all that invested since all I was thinking about was going home. I was having a small conversation with Mori until I heard Tamaki screaming.

"Shut up! I couldn't care less! I'm running out of patience! Haruhi, it's time you started dressing like a girl! I don't understand how you can be so popular with the ladies when you yourself are a lady!" His facial expressions alone are incredibly comical, but when he pulled out the massive blown up photo of Haruhi, I could feel tears coming to my eyes from the hilarity of it all. This cycle of argument and retort continued on for most of the meeting until Hikaru asked Haruhi,

"Hate to change the subject, but do you have formal dancing experience? You'll need it at the party."

Tamaki's head finally began to turn with that one. After the veiled threat of exposing her gender as well as demotion, Haruhi needed to learn to waltz before the party.

Honey then made a sudden declaration, "(Y/N)-chan! Why don't you teach Haru-chan! You're such a good dancer! Right Takashi?" I flinch at the thought.

"Mmm." The sound of approval.

I hadn't told anyone in the club about my heart condition, other than Kyoya, and the only reason he knew is because his family hospital cared for me, as well as the simple fact that he has information on everyone. While I personally didn't see any issues with a simple waltz, even the thought of dancing shakes me sometimes, and Kyoya took notice of the fact.

"(Y/N), sprained her ankle a while back in that little stunt she pulled with Hikaru and Kaoru. She's able to dance, but for now I think it's best Haruhi practice with others. Maybe with our guests. It could definitely be a good draw for business."
