Chapter 2: Welcome To Cross Academy~

I got out of the car waving to my mom and brother while they left, I looked right up "...New school..." I sighed and opened the gates... "Pretty huge..." I mumbled.

I saw a brunette girl with reddish brown eyes with a black and white uniform..."Hi! You must be Hikaru Kimura!" She smiled in a welcoming way. "That's me..." I mumbled.

She grabbed on of my suitcases and smiled "It must be heavy..." She chuckled, "yup" she's quite nice...

We arrived to the headmasters office and there was a man with round glasses and a pony tail...he had a long dress like clothes with a green scarf..."Oh hello Hikaru! You must be the new student!!" I gave a blank gaze at the headmaster "Yeah...".

"Ok!...Oh Zero your just in time!!" I turned around seeing a silvered hair guy with lavender eyes. "Ok Hikaru! Zero will show you around...and when your done we will settle with the rules~" I nodded and followed Zero out of the office.

Many girls and boys were staring at me while I was passing trough and I gave them one of my blank stares which made them turn around.

We were outside in the school grounds and I stared at the evening sky seeing some people with white uniforms...they seemed...like vampires...

"Hey Zero...are those vampires..." I pointed my thumb to a blond hair guy with a orange carrot head guy beside him...he stopped and stared at me "Who are you..." He gave me a direct look and I rolled my eyes crossing my arms and tapping the ground with my foot "Ill take that as a yes..." I mumbled walking forward "Shall we continue.?" I smirked turning my head towards him.

We arrived at the library, it was a quite big one...I looked around the library..."So...big" I mumbled to myself...

I bumped into the same white uniform class people and lifted up my head seeing a brown haired guy with messy hair and long hair up to his shoulder with reddish brown eyes "......Sorry......" I said after a while, but he seemed familiar...he was looking at me in shock and I gave him a pale face "Is there something on my face?" I pointed to my face which said 'Are you dumb?' "Who are you?" Great start right? First it's Zero then it's this guy! He must be a vampire..."Does that matter?" It was so silent when I said something like that. "Answer me" He said directly and I could feel a pull on my arm "Come on where getting late" I turned around and yanked my hand away from Zero, I simply nodded my head and left the library...

He seemed so familiar...his eyes sad alone, eh I shouldn't bother...

"Zero...Are we done?" Im not really talkative but I need answers, especially these ones im not patient.

"Almost..."

"almost..." I mumbled.

Finally we were done and I got to change into my uniform...Yuki smiled at me "Hey you could sit with me during class if we have the same classes!" I turned around "I'm fine...Alone" I said the last part out loud so she can understand ALONE...just in case she's deaf.

I arrived at class and I could already see touble...Kami...she smiled and waved to me like a dumb kid.

The teacher came and smiled at me "Please introduce yourself to the class..." I stared at the class and I could already see fear striking in their faces...I sighed "Hikaru...Kimura" The teacher smiled "Ok Hikaru choose where you want to sit..." Already Kami was pointing right beside her the empty seat...the other girls were calling out my name in a whisper voice. "I'll sit there..." I pointed where Zero was sitting and the girls and Kami were suprised..."Ok then...".

I walked there looking at the girls giving me glares and i giving them back strong glares...which made them turn away like nothing happened...

I sat beside Zero and rested my head at the back of the seat "Why'd you sit here..." He asked with his head on the table and his arms wrapped around. "Because...I want to." He sighed and turned his head.

When class was over I went straight to the headmasters office...

When I arrived he smiled at me drinking hot chocolate "Hello there Hikaru!" I rolled my eyes "Hey..." I mumbled.

"I know this is a stupid question...but are vampires in this school?" I asked placing my hands on his desk.

"Your...not a hunter nor a vampire" He said in a confused voice...

"I could sense it..." I said it fast and he looked confused and shocked at me.

"Did anything happen with you?" I sighed and removed my hands from the desk "I lost a father ..." I wasn't sure but I knew it...but there can't be another type of myth with fangs that are humans, that's my point of view...

"Well...Yuki will help you for this one...I really can't interfere with the vampire world..." He sighed pushing his glasses up. I nodded my head and I went to go find Yuki...

Every time I pass around the hallway these stupid students give me glares...if they have a problem with me then they could face me instead of saying it behind my back.

"So rude..."

"She thinks she's so cool...Hikaru the coward~"

"Such a critic..."

"Hahah your telling me?"

I turned around at the group of girls whispering to me..."What was that?" my bangs fell right on my face "None of your buisnes..." One girl said frightenly..."Really? If you really have anything to say, then say it right in my face" They all stayed silent and I smirked "Your the cowards..." I mumbled walking away...

I finally found Yuki hanging out with...Kami, I walked to them and Kami smiled brightly at me "Oh hello Hikaru!" Yuki smiled. I ignored the Hello "Can I have a minute with you Yuki?" I said bluntly looking at the opposite direction from her...

"Eh Sure!" She smiled "I'll be back Kami..." She followed me to a dark corner and leaned i against the wall "Vampires...exist...".

"W-what are y-you t-asking abou-t-t" She stuttered smiling fakely...I grabbed on her arm and gave her daggers "I'm not dumb...no one told me...you tell me right away what the headmaster said..." I said it fast in a threatening way...

"Mm...eh...uh...You see..." She took out from her pocket a badge of the schools sign and gave it to me. "You need to have this on now....your now a displanary committee!" She smiled. "The what committee?!" I said in confusion. "Um...I'll explain it later" She smiled lightly "I have to go now..." Running back outside the door Yuki left.

"Displanary Committee, huh?"
