||Chapter Four|| Captivity

The rolling column splatters all,

A stray shot shakes the trees awake,

The summer turns, here comes the fall

Loche didn't look like a normal Octoling. their hair looked rounded and soft. their eye's markings looked different, too. they didn't have the generic Octoling style, either. 

that doesn't matter, 0u thought, what matters is that they aren't from here. 

"happy now?" Loche said, folding their arms, a soft smile still on their face. 

"what are you?" 0u questioned bluntly. Loche tried to hold back a laugh.

"well that's forward. I could say the same to you y'know," they gestured to 0u's skin, which was splotched with brown and green everywhere. 0u stayed silent.

"Anyways, if you want to come, you gotta go first. Orders tell me I have to check everywhere around before I leave, but I'll meet up with you shortly, alright?" she said, checking a rectangular device that 0u hadn't seen before.

0u took another glance at the weird figure before edging closer to the launchpad. The conflicting feelings started to battle in her mind again, but nonetheless the traitor side won, and she was boosted into the air. the pink color danced around her before turning into glitching particles. she was being.. teleported? The glitching filled her eyes until she felt her body slam into cold, hard, metal. If she did have bones, a few would've been broken for sure.

Her vision blurred, then faded entirely. With every other time she'd get knocked out, she'd hear quiet whispers of obedience and programming.

Now, It was silent.

(A/N This was the last chapter I wrote and forgot abt years ago. If you see drastic stylistic changes after this point, it is because I wrote this in middle school and have now entered highschool. That's all thank you)
