- Y/n's POV -

What do I do now? Wandering around in the forest isn't a smart idea on some remote, invisible, full of women, island in the middle of nowhere.

With my endless wandering throughout the night, I ended up arriving at some pond or something with a small waterfall flowing into it. Thinking this would be a great place to meditate I decided to stay here for the time being so I can gather my thoughts on what just happened.

I adjust some sand around a spot to make a comfortable surface for me to sit on and meditate. I've been meditating every so often to relax my emotions. I find myself losing control of Amethyst whenever I get too emotional which is most likely a side effect of some sort.

I sit down and cross my legs and relax my posture. I take a deep breath in through my nose, and then out my mouth. A repeated the process before I find myself fully relaxed and tired...

...

I open my eyes to see myself in the sky with a little girl appears before me. This girl was Amethyst, hence the feminine name and her purple dress. Her body facing away from me, looking towards the bright sun.

Amethyst: "Welcome back Y/n."

I have been brought to the place I like to call, my inner peace. Yes a very creative name that I totally came up with myself when I first encountered this place.

Me: "Hey Amethyst, did you show me Jill earlier? What was that vision that I saw of her? That has never happened and I found myself losing control of myself."

She shrugs.

Amethyst: "I don't know what you mean. I am incapable of showing you someone in the real world. You probably have saw your demon if you saw Jill. Something you desire."

I take a step closer to her determined to get answer for this sudden occurrence.

Me: "Am I losing control of my emotions?"

Amethyst: "No you aren't. The kryptonite that you absorbed on that night, is effecting your blood and mind. The being you know as Doomsday is an example if what you could possibly become in the future if not dealt with."

I sit down and lean back on the invisible flooring beneath us.

Me: "Why did you not tell me this? Does this mean I don't have much time then?"

She shakes her head no.

Amethyst: "There is one possible way we can save you. We just need to extract the kryptonite out and you will survive. But I would be lost."

Without Amethyst? Sure that means I get to live but she has became a figure that I can talk to whenever after losing Jill. I can't just replace her can I?

Me: "Well, honestly I would be fine dying with you than alone. You've helped me stop the bad guys from getting away and gave my life meaning again."

I give her a soft smile. She stays quiet before turning around to face me. Her expressionless face always seemed to give a chill down my spine.

Amethyst: "Do you want to relive your memory now?"

I nod and she places her hands on my head. I close my eyes and I felt woozy. The familiar feeling to being sent into a memory. Once it stops, I am notice that I am back, watching myself and Jill on our date from the other side of the window.

My therapy.

- Past Y/n's POV -

Me: "Hey Jill?"

Jill: "Yes?"

I reached for her hand and held it tightly. I stroke my thumb on the back of her hand as I stare at her blue eyes.

Me: "You know I love you right?"

Jill: "Yes I do. And you know that I love you more right?"

Me: "What? This is news to me. Do you actually?"

She lets go of my hand and playfully smacks my wrist. I pout and massage my wrist dramatically as she giggles at my childish antics.

Jill: "That's what you get for forgetting. But if you do need a reminder..." She sits up from her chair and pecks me on the lips before sitting down again. "I love you more than anyone in the world, and I truly mean that."

I almost tear up at what she said before raising my glass.

Me: "Well, happy three years beautiful!"

She also raises her glass and we cheer. We take a sip and begun eating our food. I had a surprise at the end of the date and I hope it turns out well. Once we finished our food, our waitress arrived and placed the surprise in front of Jill. It was covered in a cloche as to hide what's inside.

Jill: "Oh sorry, we didn't order this."

The waitress chuckles at the honesty that Jill gave her before giving her a thumbs up.

Waitress: "Oh I know you didn't."

She smiles and walks away before another word can be said. Jill looks at me and I wink at her. She opens it and a cake with another cloche was on it. I clap my hands a few times and music starts playing.

This causes the angel in front of me to laugh at what just happened. She then notices that no one else is coming and questions me.

Jill: "Why did you get me a cake and not yourself one?"

I gesture towards the cake and what is on top of it.

Me: "Well there's another cloche there so open it up."

She picks it up with one of the biggest smiles I have seen from her and as she slowly revealed what was inside, her face gets even brighter.

What was inside was a diamond ring and the band itself made with some grains of sand that I took from the beach where I took her for the day I asked her out. When she shifts her attention to look at me, I was right next to her on one knee with one hand out. She sees me and starts tearing up. She squeals and jumps into me. I get up and hug her back tightly.

Me: "Is that a yes?"

Before she could open her mouth, a loud crashing sound occurred.

- Y/n's POV -

I feel myself tearing up watching this. No matter how many times I watch, nothing can stop the tears. I take the necklace around my neck and examine it. It was the ring, the ring that was given to Jill.

I don't know if she was gonna say yes. But the way she reacted, she was going to say it. What I would do to hear her say it now. How much I really wanted to hear it back then.

I look back at the scene before me. Looking at the battle between Superman and Lex Luthor, fueled the fire within me as bright as the sun once again. This is why revenge is what I need. My future with the woman of my life was taken away from me in an instant and that's something I can never, ever, fucking forgive.

Amethyst: "It's time to leave Y/n. Its morning and I can tell that you need to relax."

Before I can respond, a bright light engulfs me and I wake up staring at the sky. I get up from my position and stretch my arms. I look at the water in front of me, glistening, inviting me. I sigh before stripping myself for a swim, obviously I left my boxers on as this is an island full of women and there is no privacy whatsoever.
