Sealed Away
Alfred was ripped away from his big brother Matthew, who now lived in New France, while he on the other hand, was forced to the new world. He felt something...different when he arrived there, and felt happy in a way he could not explain. But, it all changed, when they arrived, it was winter, and it was cold. But it would be okay right? Right?
His mother, Emezie Frankie Jones, worried when they began to run out of food. But it wasn't a bad as it was back in England, they trialed 'witches' alot. And unfortunately, she lost some of her friends. She herself, was a witch, but not a mean or evil one. She just wanted her son to live on, considering what his father had done to their family. Sometimes, Emezie cried herself to sleep, as she remembered having caught him having intercourse with some prostitute.
Of course, during their split, half of everything for her, half for him. This meant splitting up their two children. Poor Alfred and Matthew. Most likely to never see eachother again.
Than again, it was 1609, and she should be glad that she had anything at this point in time. In this time, women had basically no rights. A sad time indeed, but, this story is not over. Not just yet.
Matthew had been ripped away from his little brother. He missed him, and wanted to go to the colonies, because he couldn't handle being apart from him. Why had fate done this to them? Why had Mother and Father split? Why did he have to change his last name? All he wanted, was to atleast get to play 'explorer' one last time.
He was sad, but his father, Abbader Williams, didn't seem to care. The man was harsh, and constantly ignored him. Which hurt the five year olds heart, badly. His little three year old brother, was so far away now. He was left with a father who didn't even want him. Why couldn't Mother care for them both?
Of course, Matthew's story is not yet over. He has so much more, so much more to just being forced to leave, to a new, strange place. So, so much more.
