(Orginal chapter 6 written by xXgabystarXx)

Matthew was pacing. It had been a good three weeks since Alfred came home. The toddler had still been calling him 'Daddy', and hugging his legs whenever Matthew was around. Other than that, he babbled and played with sticks and rocks he'd gotten from somewhere. 'How in the fuck did he get those rocks?' Matthew thought, and sighed.

He heard a giggle from somewhere, and tensed. Something was up.

Meanwhile, Alfred was smearing himself in peanut butter, giggling as the spread was well...spread on his skin. He liked the way it tasted, and felt in his hair.

Matthew stared in utter silence. "Alfred? What in gods name are you doing?"

The toddler gasped and dropped the jar of peanut butter. He took off running, leaving peanut butter foot prints on the tile floor.

"Wait- NONONONO- Come back here!" Matthew sped after Alfred, before picking him up by his armpits. "Why were you smearing yourself in peanut butter?"

"....I-it tasted yummy..."

"Why would you cover yourself in it?"

"'Cause...I wanted to.."

Matthew sighed and began carrying Alfredo towards the bathroom to clean him off.

"Ok, time for a bath." The toddler had been tiring to maintain, but Matthew knew if he raised him right he wouldn't become a tryant. (And if Alredo did, he wouldn't be in the line of fire.)

"Awww..." Alfredo sauce pouted as he was sat down on the tile floor, licking off peanut butter from his hands and legs.

"Stop that," Matthew looked over at him while making sure the water wasn't too hot.

"But why?"

He'd heard about this. The 'why' cycle. Matthew sighed. "Because Alfredo Sauce."

He added some bubble bath, and began taking off Alfredo's ruined clothes.

-{Timeskip Because I can}-

Alfredo sauce was asleep in his room, while Matthew watched hockey on tv. He sighed, knowing that a UN meeting would happen in two weeks. And he had to figure out how to deal with the toddler before then. Should he tell everyone? Or had Gilbert already done that? He'd just have to figure it out, because either way, he had to tell the world that the personification for the US did exist.

It suddenly set in for Matthew, how much of a big deal this was. Others had thought that the person had died, never existed or didn't know what they were. Alfred suddenly appearing would shock everyone, especially since he was so young. People could take advantage of him being a toddler, or worse.

The thought made Matthew angry, and decided without a second thought, that no matter what, he'd protect Alfred.
