Chapter Seven

I flinched and looked at him, "P-Percy.." I said shaking. He smiled and walked over to me slowly, I blushed and turned the other way. "Uh.." I mumbled. He sighed ad sat to the swing next to me, I looked at him and blushed. "Is it true that you love me?" I asked quietly. He looked down and closed his eyes, "Yeah, I love you. Now go ahead and laugh!" He yelled, clenching his fists. "Please don't be like that.." I said. "Psh, yeah right. You don't know what it's like to love someone who's a guy, and you'll never know!" He yelled. I got up and held his hands, "Please listen, I know what's it like to love someone who's the same gender.. Trust me I have two dads, and the truth is...." I blushed and looked down. He grabbed my wrist and kissed it gently on the lips. I blushed and pulled away from him quickly, "W-What?" I said covering my mouth. He smiled and hugged me gently, "It's ok.." He said giggling and patting my back.

I went home, 'Stupid Percy, what's gotten into him?!' I said to myself. I shrugged and lay in the couch sighing and watching T.V, that's when I saw something in the news that I thought was very interesting. There was a crash, a blue bike and a mini-van crashed together. "The biker was killed, her name was Maple West, a sixteen year girl with bright red hair and blue eyes." The news reporter said. I covered my mouth and started to cry, "Dammit, why! Why is this happening!?!" I screamed. My dads came down the stairs and looked at the T.V, one of them covered their mouth as the other came over to me and started to hug me gently, patting my head. "I'm so sorry." He said hugging me. I cried into his shoulder and clenched my fists. "T-The only friend I've ever had, gone. Just like mom.." I whispered. Their eyes widened and they looked down sighing.

"Your mother was a sick, she gave birth to you when I wasn't ready. Her last words were, ''Let him love someone just like I love him and you.'" I looked over at him, he was smiling and crying. That's right, I love someone, and she was one of them..

I got up and called, Percy. "What's up?" He asked quietly. "Did you check the news?" I asked looking down. "No let me check." I heard him turn on his T.V and go on the news. He gasped, "Oh my god!" He said, I heard him cover his mouth. "I'm so sorry.." I heard him, I could also hear him crying in the background. I smiled weakly, "It's alright.." I said quietly. He hung up quickly, we both new there was nothing we could do about it. I lay on my bed, the covers covering my whole body as I just looked at the light coming from my phone. I turned and looked at the ceiling, "So this is what God does, eh? Takes away my mother then my fucking sister!" I mumbled. I curled up into a little ball, "I'm bot going to let this happen again. Not to anyone else.." I said getting up.

I went to the kitchen and got a butter knife, I ran up stairs and locked myself in the bathroom. I put my hands over the sink, one by one I made scratches on my wrists. I started to cry and washed off all the blood, it wasn't so deep where I would have scars, but I did feel the pain..
