History:
Dr. Martin climbed through the ranks like any other personnel in the Foundation. A man who works hard and doesn't seek attention and praise from his superiors. Always does what his told without fail or question, that's why he was given the role of logistic Management assistant in Site-██.

10 years ago, when he first started working for the Foundation, he was the same burnt-out person the staff knew from day 1, but somehow found the energy to keep going and give in his reports and researches early. The way he functioned worried his superiors but it didn't really effect the flow of his work for the Foundation in any way. It's just concerning that he looks like he's about to drop dead to the floor any second.

Before working for Foundation, Dr. Martin was on his way to be employed for a company in Australia as one of their supervisor at some farm. That's all we can get him to say about himself during his interview. The rest of the interview was Dr. Martin sharing his thought about his mortal suffering. But what kept people thinking is how he found out about the SCP Foundation. It's still unknown to this day. He just showed up and asked for an internship.

Profile:
Dr. Martin, in all his agony, claims his just submissively slaving away in the Foundation, but his gloomy personality doesn't stop him from doing and giving his best. He smiles from time to time but I know, all of us in Site-██ know his in great pain.

Additional Notes:
A perfect employee is not the one who comes early and leaves late. It is someone who dedicates themselves to their work wholeheartedly, and Dr. Martin definitely fits that bill. I see him almost reaching almost reaching for the top spot in the Foundation.
